Abstract: This application discloses a vehicle control apparatus and method, and a storage medium. The vehicle control apparatus includes a brake pedal and an accelerator pedal. The brake pedal is connected to a vehicle chassis by using a kinematic pair, and at least a part of the accelerator pedal is projected on the brake pedal. Based on the apparatus provided in this application, a driver can complete switching between vehicle braking and vehicle acceleration without moving a same foot. This greatly reduces a reaction distance of the driver, reduces an actual braking distance of the vehicle, and reduces a safety risk in an emergency.

Abstract: A vehicle starting method, a power supply, and a vehicle are provided. The method includes: obtaining a voltage of a first battery of the vehicle by an external power supply; and when the voltage of the first battery is lower than a first voltage threshold, controlling a second battery of the external power supply to supply power to the vehicle, to start the vehicle. In this way, whether the first battery has an insufficient voltage may be determined by obtaining the voltage of the first battery of the vehicle, and after it is determined that the first battery has the insufficient voltage, electrical energy for starting the vehicle is provided by the second battery of the external power supply, to start the vehicle.

Abstract: One example steering mechanism includes a first steering gear, where the first steering gear is configured to convert obtained driving force to transmit driving force to an outer-side wheel during steering, to control steering force applied to the outer-side wheel. The first steering gear and the second steering gear are connected by using a first clutch. If the first clutch is in an engaged state, driving force is transmitted between the first steering gear and the second steering gear.
