Abstract: A device wake-up method and a communication apparatus are provided. The method includes: A first device determines wake-up information, where the wake-up information is used for waking up a second device, or is used for not waking up a second device; determines a wake-up sequence based on the wake-up information; and sends the wake-up sequence to the second device on a wake-up signal receiving occasion of the second device. A frequency domain resource occupied for transmitting a low power wake-up symbol is adjacent to the edge of the transmission bandwidth of the first device in frequency domain, so that impact of transmitting the low power wake-up symbol on spectrum efficiency of a primary communication link can be reduced, thereby helping ensure compatibility between a link for transmitting the low power wake-up symbol and the primary communication link.

Abstract: A static random access memory SRAM unit and a related apparatus are provided, to reduce power consumption of an SRAM when the SRAM memory is accessed. The SRAM unit is located in an SRAM memory, and the SRAM memory includes an SRAM storage array including a plurality of SRAM units. The SRAM unit includes: a storage circuit, connected to each of a write circuit and a read circuit, and configured to store data; the write circuit, configured to write data into the storage circuit; and the read circuit, configured to: after a read enabling signal is valid, enable data on a read bit line connected to the SRAM unit to be the data stored in the storage circuit.
