Abstract: A vehicle control device includes: a recognition unit configured to recognize a surrounding condition of a vehicle; a driving control unit configured to control acceleration, deceleration, and steering of the vehicle based on a recognition result; and a vehicle abnormality detection unit configured to detect an abnormality in an electric parking brake device. When an abnormality in the driver is detected during traveling of the vehicle, the driving control unit performs control to decelerate the vehicle to a predetermined speed greater than zero by braking by a brake device. In a case where an abnormality in the electric parking brake device is detected before or at a time the vehicle is decelerated to the predetermined speed, the driving control unit causes the vehicle to perform traveling along a traveling road until the recognition unit recognizes a preceding vehicle after the vehicle is decelerated to the predetermined speed.

Abstract: A vehicle controller is configured to: recognize a surrounding situation of a vehicle; execute first control of giving a first alarm to an occupant of the vehicle in response to a first condition being satisfied; execute second control of controlling braking or steering of the vehicle and giving a second alarm to the occupant in response to a second condition being satisfied; detect an abnormality of the occupant; execute third control of decelerating or stopping the vehicle and giving a third alarm in response to the abnormality of the occupant; and arrange execution of the first, second and third control. The vehicle controller executes the third control with priority over the first control when conditions of the first control and the third control are satisfied; and executes the second control with priority over the third control when conditions of the second control and the third control are satisfied.

Abstract: A control device for controlling a host vehicle includes processing circuitry configured to: recognize partition lines marking off left and right sides of a travel path on which the host vehicle travels; estimate a possibility of the host vehicle to depart from the travel path based on a position and a posture of the host vehicle with respect to the recognized partition lines; and control the notification based on the estimated possibility of departing from the travel path, the driving status information, and a state of the travel path in a traveling direction of the host vehicle. The processing circuitry executes the notification when there is a curve with a curvature radius less than a predetermined value in the traveling direction, and there is a high possibility of departing from the travel path, and the driving status of the driver is not suitable for traveling on the travel path.

Abstract: A vehicle control device includes processing circuitry configured to: detect a predetermined travel path boundary and a travel path region for the vehicle to travel partitioned by the travel path boundary, based on surrounding information of the vehicle; and generate travel path information indicating positions of the detected travel path boundary and the travel path region based on a detection result of the detection unit.
