An electronic device is provided that, while traveling, easily performs message exchange exploiting unit information. An electronic device includes: a display unit; a wireless communication unit that receives information including user information related to a sender and message information desired by the sender to be transmitted to a correspondence party which are sent and received, the user information including identification information for identifying the sender and unit information for identifying an affiliation of the sender; and a display mode control unit that provides a first display position associated with the attribute information in the display unit, and displays at least either of the identification information or unit information by arranging at the first display position.

Provided is an information notification device (10) utilizing presence information which includes a processing unit (11) to generate, according to trigger information, at least one presence information (MESSAGE 10, MESSAGE 20, MESSAGE 30) between a first moving body (a four-wheeled vehicle (200)), and a second moving body (a two-wheeled vehicle (300) or a riding electric cart (300)), and a transmitting unit (16) which transmits the presence information to both of the four-wheeled vehicle (200) and the two-wheeled vehicle or the electric cart (300). The presence information is, for example, first presence information (MESSAGE 20) and second presence information (MESSAGE 30). An electronic device includes: a display control unit that displays a plurality of stylized (and fixed) phrase messages in a first display region of a display unit, and displays a second icon corresponding to a communication destination in a second display region of the display unit; and a message processing unit that, in response to at least one first icon being designated in a state in which a plurality of first icons is being displayed in the first display region, sends the stylized (and fixed) phrase message corresponding to the first icon designated to the communication destination corresponding to the second icon displayed in the second display region, via a wireless communication unit.
