Abstract:
For a storage, transport, stacking, and order-picking box (1) having a floor (2) and four walls (3a and 3b; 4a and 4b), of which at least one wall (4b) is designed as a movable element and in such a way that it can be latched to the adjacent walls (3a and 3b), wherein after being unlatched the one wall (4b) can be moved away to open up a large unloading opening (18) into the box interior, the movable box wall (4b) on at least one of its two outer edges has latching and unlatching means (9; 119) that are integrated into the wall structure, are freely accessible from the front, can be pivoted in a vertical plane in the clockwise and counterclockwise directions, and can be latched to the respective associated adjacent wall (3a and 3b).
Abstract:
A conveyor line segment (N+1; N; N−1) with a predetermined length for accumulating several conveyed goods thereon, includes a conveying means (12) for moving the conveyed goods (A, B, C) thereon along a conveying direction (28), which is oriented parallel to a longitudinal direction of the segment (N), along the segment (N), wherein the conveying means (12) can be driven for being moved at a speed (vN), which is substantially constant, a sensor (10) for detecting that a conveyed good (A, B, C) is driven onto the segment (N), and a controlling unit (20; 22) coupled to the sensor (10) in order to move and stop the conveying means dependent on the detection signal of the sensor (10), and adapted to determine a geometrical length along the conveying direction (28) of incoming conveyed goods (A, B, C), and to not move further the conveying means (28) dependent on the determined length(s), if the segment (N) cannot receive other conveyed goods (A, B, C) any longer.
Abstract:
A collapsible shipping/storage box has a rectangular floor, a pair of parallel side walls having lower edges pivoted on the floor and movable between erect positions projecting upward from the floor and collapsed positions close to and generally parallel with the floor, and a pair of parallel end walls having lower edges pivoted on the floor between the side walls and movable between erect positions projecting upward from the floor and collapsed positions close to and generally parallel with the floor. A rigid annular top frame has side members at upper edges of the side walls and end members at upper edges of the end walls. Respective pivots or hinges are provided between the upper edges of the side walls and the side members. Latches secure the upper edges of the end walls to the end members only in the erect positions of the end walls.
Abstract:
A storage/transport container has a plurality of walls defining an upwardly open vessel having an upper rim and a generally flat cover panel hinged on one of the walls and having an inner edge. The rim has opposite to one of the walls structure forming another inner edge. The cover panel is pivotal into a closed position with the inner edges juxtaposed, retaining formations projecting generally perpendicularly from the inner edge of the cover panel and oppositely from the other inner edge that fit together in the closed position. Hooks are formed on the edges and positioned so as to be opened directly at each other in the closed position. The hooks normally are spaced apart but, on deformation of the cover panel, hook together and preventing separation of the edges.
Abstract:
A system (10) and method for packing an article (20) onto a shipping carrier (26), the article (20) having an arbitrary orientation relative to the conveyor (28) and being transported within an order-picking system on a conveyor (28; 28a, 28b) downstream towards a packing station (22), which includes a packing robot (12) for automatically loading the shipping carrier (26), wherein the article (20) is to be put down with one of its faces (38) onto the shipping carrier (26). The one of the faces can be predetermined arbitrarily, comprising: a rotating station (30), preferably provided in the conveyor (28), and thus dividing the conveyor (28), having a rotation area (42), which is substantially arranged in a plane of the conveyor (28) for receiving an article (20) from the conveyor (28), and which is rotatable from a receiving position about an axis perpendicular to the plane of the conveyor (28) into a plurality of delivery positions; and a tilting station (32) comprising a tilt area (46), wherein the tilt area (46) in a receiving position is substantially orientated parallel with respect to the plane of the conveyor (28), and in a tilting position is substantially orientated perpendicular to the plane of the conveyor (28).
Abstract:
A fitting system (5) for a vehicle seat (1) includes a first fitting (10), a second fitting (50), a first transmission element (7) acting between the two fittings (10, 50), a free-pivoting device (54) assigned to the second fitting (50), a first operating element for adjusting the inclination, with the actuation thereof the two fittings (10, 50) being unlocked by using the first transmission element (7), and a second operating element for free pivoting. With the actuation of the second operating element, the first fitting (10) and the free-pivoting device (54) are unlocked. A second transmission element (80) is arranged between the two fittings (10, 50) and mounted on the fittings (10, 50), and which—independently of the first transmission element (7)—acts between the free-pivoting device (54) and the first fitting (10).
Abstract:
A container has a polygonal and generally planar floor panel having a plurality of edges, an upper face, and a lower face. Respective side walls extend upward from the edges of the floor panel and a plurality of ribs extend downward from the lower face of the floor panel adjacent the edge. An annular floor strip fixed to the ribs forms therewith an annular array of pockets having horizontally outwardly open mouths. In accordance with the invention closure strips engaged over the mouths horizontally close the pockets and are fixed permanently to the mouths of the pockets. The floor panel, side walls, ribs, and floor strip are unitarily formed of plastic.
Abstract:
A sorting and distributing system (50) for sorting article units in accordance with customers' orders, the system having a high sorting performance and comprising: a rotary sorting conveyor (14), which may be closed, having a conveyor means, wherein the conveyor means is connected to a plurality of receiving devices (16), to which the article units are to be delivered. A plurality of target positions (54) is coupled to the sorting conveyor (14) and can supply articles units to the receiving devices (16) in accordance with a customer's order, wherein the target positions (54) are assigned to customers' orders. At least one filling station (10; 10′) manually fills the receiving devices (16) by article units, wherein the filling station (10; 10′) includes a plurality of filling buckets (12) each having an opening mechanism (18) at its lower end thereof, in order to allow supply of article units, which are order picked into the filling bucket (12), to the receiving devices (16) in an automated manner.
