摘要:
The system and method disclosed herein provides an integrated and automated workflow, sensor, and reasoning system that automatically detects breaches in protocols, appropriately alarms and records these breaches, facilitates staff adoption of protocol adherence, and ultimately enables the study of protocols for care comparative effectiveness. The system provides real-time alerts to medical personnel in the actual processes of care, thereby reducing the number of negative patient events and ultimately improving staff behavior with respect to protocol adherence.
摘要:
The present disclosure relates to cell processing techniques. By way of example, a cell processing system may include a plurality of sample processing devices configured to process patient samples and a plurality of readers respectively associated with the plurality of sample processing devices, wherein each reader is configured to read information from tracking devices associated with respective patient samples. The system may also include a controller that uses information from the readers to provide an estimated completion time for a patient sample based on availability of the sample processing devices.

Embodiments of the system support hospital operations, delivery of health care, and improve patient satisfaction. The interactive hospital information system utilizes inputs from a mobile device, eliminating the cost of fixed cameras and sensor systems in the hospital facility. Aspects of the invention facilitate real-time patient care and patient room updates by care providers, validating that prescribed devices, services, and setups are in place per protocol. The system communicates with rounding persons as to specific care management. Network devices, such as an iPad® or smartphone, are utilized to monitor and record ongoing activities in the healthcare setting.

Methods, systems and non-transitory computer readable media for automated workflow management for sleep quality are presented. A subject in a resting state is monitored using one or more sensors for acquiring one or more physiological parameters. A phase of sleep of the subject at a specific time using the physiological parameters is detected and inferred. Further, a recuperative benefit of the detected sleep phase is estimated. Additionally, it is determined is if an activity in a patient care workflow scheduled proximate to the specific time hinders sleep of the subject. The patient care workflow is then automatically reconfigured if scheduled activity hinders patient sleep, if the determined recuperative benefits exceed a designated threshold and/or if a proposed reconfiguration satisfies one or more designated criteria accounting for both restorative benefits to the patient and objectives of competing care delivery activities for both a given patient and a department.

A system and method for use in managing and preparing for scheduled procedures that are characterized as being interdependent and variable. The disclosed method enables schedule risk management and provides a look-ahead capability along with process diagnostics to isolate specific assets and tasks that can be managed to reduce schedule risk. The method facilitates review of upcoming tasks by the process stakeholders for education as to where the schedule risks reside and in an emulation mode for review and improved scheduling going forward. Clinical workflow is integrated such that process stakeholders and assets are directed in such a way as to keep on, reduce delay risk or recover the schedule.

A tracking and recognition system is provided. The system includes a computer vision-based identity recognition system configured to recognize one or more persons, without a priori knowledge of the respective persons, via an online discriminative learning of appearance signature models of the respective persons. The computer vision-based identity recognition system includes a memory physically encoding one or more routines, which when executed, cause the performance of constructing pairwise constraints between the unlabeled tracking samples. The computer vision-based identity recognition system also includes a processor configured to receive unlabeled tracking samples collected from one or more person trackers and to execute the routines stored in the memory via one or more algorithms to construct the pairwise constraints between the unlabeled tracking samples.
