摘要: Vibrational damping assemblies, turbomachine airfoils, and exhaust diffusers are provided. A vibrational damping assembly includes at least one pin coupled to the turbomachine component. The at least one pin has a pin body and a disk coupled to the pin body. The vibrational damping assembly further includes at least one plate disposed between the disk and the turbomachine component. The at least one plate is movable between the disk and the turbomachine component relative to the plurality of pins and relative to the turbomachine component to dampen vibrations experienced by the turbomachine component.

摘要: A seal retaining assembly includes a first segment coupled to a first structure. Also included is a recess of the first segment, the recess defined by a first and second wall, the first wall defining a first wall aperture, the second wall defining a second wall aperture. Further included is a second segment having a tab disposed within the recess in fitted contact with the first and second wall to retain the second segment to the first segment in a radial direction, the tab defining a tab aperture, the first and second segment defining an axial gap therebetween, the first wall aperture, the second wall aperture and the tab aperture are aligned to form a passage. Yet further included is a flex seal within the axial gap. Also included is a pin in the passage to fix the second segment to the first segment in axial and circumferential directions.

In some cases, the device includes: a body having an outer surface and an inner cavity within the outer surface; at least one aperture extending through the body, the at least one aperture positioned to direct fluid from the inner cavity through the body to the outer surface; a first lip proximate a first end of the body, and a second lip proximate a second end of the body, the first lip and the second lip each extending radially outward from the outer surface relative to a direction of flow of the fluid through the inner cavity; and a plug coupled with the body, the plug for obstructing an end of the inner cavity, the plug positioned to redirect flow of the fluid from a first direction to a second, distinct direction.

摘要: A flow mixing lobe for an exhaust diffuser includes a first flange member having a first leading end, a first trailing end, and an intermediate portion extending therebetween. A second flange member includes a second leading end, a second trailing end, and an intermediate section extending therebetween. A first leg portion includes a first end extending from the first flange member, and a second end. A second leg portion has a first end portion extending from the second flange member, and a second end portion. A wing member is arranged between the first and second leg portions at respective ones of the second end and second end portions. The wing member includes a flow conditioning surface having a non-linear profile extending between the second end and the second end portion.
