    Abstract: Embodiments of the present application disclose a method for detecting a control channel and a terminal device. The method includes: a terminal device receives a first physical downlink control channel PDCCH, where the first PDCCH is used to schedule a first data channel, and the first PDCCH carries first indication information which is used to indicate execution of a skipping operation for a PDCCH by the terminal device; and the terminal device executes the skipping operation in case of successful transmission of the first data channel. The method and the terminal device in the embodiments of the present application can more dynamically support power saving of the terminal device.

    Abstract: Provided are a synchronization signal transmission method, a transmitting end device and a receiving end device. A frequency domain candidate position (also called SS raster) of a synchronization signal on an unlicensed frequency band is designed, the complexity of initial cell search is reduced, and the impact, on the other channels in a subband, of the position of the initial access of a cell in the unlicensed frequency band to a synchronization signal block in the subband is also reduced. The method comprises: a transmitting end device sending a synchronization signal block at a first frequency domain position, wherein the first frequency domain position is located at a frequency domain candidate position of a synchronization signal, and each 20 MHz subband comprises at least one of the synchronization signal frequency domain candidate positions.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a method and a terminal device for wireless link monitoring. The method includes: starting, by a terminal device, a timer T310, when a number of out of sync (OOS) indications continuously received by the terminal device exceeds a first number N310; and determining, by the terminal device, whether to stop the timer T310 before the timer T310 expires, according to a number of in sync (IS) indications received after the timer T310 is started or according to a proportional relation between the IS indication and the OOS indication received after the timer T310 is started.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a cell access method, a device, and a storage medium. The method includes: a terminal device receives a first synchronization signal block SSB; the terminal device determines, according to a preset bandwidth and bandwidth information contained in the first SSB, a target cell that supports the access by the terminal device, and the terminal device accesses the target cell. If the cell corresponding to the first SSB is not the target cell, the terminal device does not need to blindly detect the PDCCH of the cell, which saves the time for accessing the network. Further, whether the cell corresponding to the first SSB is the target cell is determined only according to the bandwidth information contained in the first SSB and the preset bandwidth, without adding additional signaling overhead, which has little impact on the existing NR system, and the complexity is low.
