Abstract: Processor(s) of a client device of a user can receive a telephone call that is initiated by an additional user, and, in response to receiving the telephone call, identify an entity that is associated with the additional user, and determine, based on the entity that is associated with the additional user, whether to (1) fully automate the telephone call, or (2) partially automate the telephone call. In fully automating the telephone call, the processor(s) can cause a chatbot to engage in a corresponding conversation with the additional user and without prompting the user for any input. In partially automating the telephone call, the processor(s) can cause the chatbot to engage in a corresponding conversation with the additional user but with prompting the user for input(s) via suggestion chip(s). In some implementations, the processor(s) can further determine whether to (3) refrain from automating the telephone call entirely.

Abstract: A computing device is described that accepts, a telephone call, from another device, initiated by a caller. Prior to establishing a telephone user interface that receives spoken input from the user and outputs spoken audio from the caller, the computing device executes a call screening service that outputs an audio user interface, to the other device and as part of the telephone call. The audio user interface interrogates the caller for additional information including a purpose of the telephone call, which allows the user to have more context of the telephone call before deciding whether to accept the call or hang up. The computing device outputs a graphical user interface associated with telephone call. The graphical user interface includes an indication of the additional information obtained via the audio user interface that interrogates the caller.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for searching and identifying quotes in response to a query from a user. Consistent with certain embodiments, systems and methods are provided for identifying one or more subject entities associated with the query and for identifying, from a database or from search results obtained in response to the query, a set of quotes corresponding to the one or more subject entities. Abstract: Systems and methods offer a search system with third-party provided search applications that are triggered in response to specified queries and run at the search system.
