    摘要: Disclosed is a sound-absorbing component, comprising a housing and sound-absorbing particles filled in the housing. An antistatic material is added to the materials from which the housing is made, or the antistatic material is coated on the surface of the housing. Also disclosed is a speaker module applying the sound-absorbing component. The sound-absorbing component of the present invention greatly increases the fill rate of the sound-absorbing particles in the housing, thus allowing the space of the rear acoustic cavity of the speaker module applying the sound-absorbing component to be fully utilized, and allowing the sound-absorbing particles to fully exert the effects thereof in improving the acoustic properties of the speaker module.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for preparing a sound-adsorbing material and a sound-adsorbing material. The method includes the following steps: S1, preparing a non-foaming material slurry and mixing the slurry uniformly; S2, forming the non-foaming material slurry by using an oil column forming method to form wet granules; S3, drying the wet granules to form dry granules; and S4, roasting the dry granules to form sound-adsorbing material granules. The method has the advantages of simple operation and high reliability. The formed granules can have a uniform size, a smooth surface and high sphericity, and the granules are in contact with each other in points and piled up uniformly, which can reduce the bed resistance.

    摘要: A sound absorption material preparation method, a sound absorption material and a filling method thereof. The preparation method comprises: S1, preparing a non-foaming material slurry; S2, producing a combustible material framework and a cover-shape container, and placing the combustible material framework into the cover-shape container; S3, forming the non-foamed material slurry in the cover-shape container to form a wet formed body; S4, drying the wet formed body to form a dry formed body; and S5, calcining the dry formed body, wherein the combustible material framework is burned off during the calcining step to form connected channels with a three-dimensional structure in the sound absorption material. The preparation method is simple in operation. Connected channels with a three-dimensional structure are formed in the sound absorption material so that the sound absorption effect is improved. The sound absorption material is prepared by the preparation method, has connected channels with a three-dimensional structure therein, and has a good sound absorption effect. The filling method comprises first pre-forming the sound absorption material and then filling same into a space to be filled, so that the sound absorption material fully fills the space to be filled.
