Abstract: Instructions are transmitted from a contact center builder system to a content provider system that, when executed, provide an interface for configuring a contact center for the content provider that includes a contact center telephone number, an agent pool, and an interaction site. Data associated with one or more contact center configuration parameters are received from the content provider. A contact center telephone number is assigned to the contact center based on the data. One or more agents are assigned to the agent pool of the contact center based on the data. The data includes a task to be handled by the communications system without using an agent of the agent pool is determined. In response to determining that the data includes the task to be handled by the communications system without using an agent of the agent pool, multiple interaction pages for the interaction site are generated.

Abstract: A system for managing interactions includes: a processor; and a memory, wherein the memory stores instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to: identify first and second interactions by a user device, each of the first and second interactions being configured to alternately occupy a first area of a display screen of the user device; display an icon on the first area, the icon representing the second interaction, wherein attributes of the icon correspond to attributes of the second interaction; and modify the attributes of the icon based on a status of the second interaction.

Abstract: A method facilitating a customer exercising post-purchase rights associated with a purchase made by the customer of a product. The method includes: receiving first documentation related to the purchase of the product; extracting purchase data from the first documentation, where the extracted purchase data describes the purchase including a vendor identify, purchase date, and product type; conducting search using terms derived from the extracted purchase data to connect to a vendor web site; conducting a search of the vendor web site using terms derived from the extracted purchase data to locate a first vendor policy of the vendor that defines a first post-purchase right of the customer; determining a milestone date associated with the first post-purchase right of the customer; and sending a notification to the customer appraising the customer of the milestone date and the material change.
