Abstract: Provided are an information processing apparatus, an information processing method, and a program that reduce an error in making an image correspond to a sentence of a document including sentences and images and/or create a document that is easy to read as compared with an original document. At least one processor and at least one memory that stores a command to be executed by the at least one processor are provided, in which the at least one processor is configured to acquire information regarding an object shown in one or more received images, acquire information described in one or more received sentences, determine presence or absence of correspondence between the image and the sentence based on the information regarding the object and the described information, and execute processing of assisting in creating a document including the image and the sentence based on the presence or absence of the correspondence.
