Abstract:
Method for producing a multi-ply web comprising at least three plies of flexible material, such as paper and nonwoven material and a multi-ply product produced according to the method. A first and second ply are glued together with a first glue pattern and a second and third ply are glued together with a second glue pattern which, as seen in the thickness direction of the multi-ply web, is substantially aligned with the first glue pattern.
Abstract:
Method for producing a multi-ply web of flexible tissue material, such as tissue paper and nonwoven material, by gluing the plies. Glue is transferred in subsequent steps to a first web shaped flexible material via at least two patterned glue transfer rolls, in a pattern corresponding to the pattern of the glue transfer rolls. A second web shaped material is brought in contact with the glue bearing side of the first web shaped material in at least one press nip between at least one patterned lamination roll and an impression roll. The at least one lamination roll has a three-dimensional pattern having a shape and configuration so as to apply pressure to the combined first and second web shaped materials substantially only just opposite at least some of the glue bearing areas of the first web shaped material, and is driven in registry with the first and/or second glue transfer roll. A multi-ply product produced according to the method is also disclosed.
Abstract:
Method for producing a multi-ply web (19) of flexible material, such as paper and nonwoven material, including at least one first (1) and one second ply (8) which are interconnected by gluing in a glue pattern (12;24). The multi-ply web is produced by applying glue in a glue pattern to a first web shaped material (1) from a patterned glue transfer roll (5), laminating a second web shaped material (8) with the first web shaped material (1) in a press nip between a lamination roll (10) and an impression roll (7). After lamination the laminated web (19) is cut and/or perforated (22;25) in register with the glue transfer and lamination while still residing on the impression roll (7). There is also provided a multi-ply web which is cut or perforated in a pattern (22;25) which is in register with the glue pattern (12;24).
Abstract:
Method for producing a multi-ply web of flexible material, such as paper and nonwoven material, comprising at least one first and one second ply which are interconnected by gluing in a plurality of discrete glue sites. The web is printed with at least one printing pattern which is in register with the glue pattern. The multi-ply web is produced by bringing a first ply in contact with a patterned glue transfer roll, transferring glue to the first ply in a glue pattern, a second ply is brought in contact with the glue applied side of the first ply in a press nip between a patterned lamination roll and an impression roll, the glue transfer roll and the lamination roll being in register with each other and having corresponding patterns.

Method for producing a multi-ply web comprising at least three plies of flexible material, such as paper and nonwoven material and a multi-ply product produced according to the method. A first and second ply are glued together with a first glue pattern and a second and third ply are glued together with a second glue pattern which is applied offset with respect to the first glue pattern.
Abstract:
Method for producing a multi-ply web of flexible material, such as paper and nonwoven material and a multi-ply product produced according to the method. A first pattern roll, having a three dimensional pattern of alternating raised and recessed portions transfers glue to a first web shaped flexible material in a first press nip in glue sites covering an area corresponding to between 0.03 and 9% of the total area of the first web material and sparsely distributed over substantially the entire area of the first web material. A second web shaped flexible material is brought in contact with the glue applied side of the first web material in a second press nip between a second pattern roll having a three-dimensional pattern corresponding to that of the first pattern roll, and an impression roll. The first and second pattern rolls are driven in registry.
Abstract:
A method and a system are disclosed for providing a certain quality of service to a user-device within a mobile telecommunication system. The telecommunication system comprises one or several user-registers linked to a user-device, and one or several priority-tables associated with an area covered by the telecommunication system. A user-register is compared with a priority-table when a user-device linked to said user register enters the area associated with said priority-table. The user-device can then be provided with a certain quality of service depending on a possible correspondence between the user-register and the priority-table.
Abstract:
A stack includes one or more web-shaped materials, at least one of the web-shaped materials having a visual pattern, wherein a similar pattern is seen as an edge pattern on a face side of the stack. There is also provided a method to produce such a stack.
Abstract:
An image sensor includes pixels each of which is designed to transfer charge, accumulated in a photoactive region of the pixel during a first period, through a second active region of the pixel to a power supply node, and to transfer charge, accumulated in the photoactive region during a second period, through the second active region to a sense node in the pixel. Passing charge through the second active region prior to transferring it either to the power supply node or the sense node can help reduce fixed pattern noise. The image sensor can be operated in snap-shot mode.
Abstract:
A solid roll (1) of flexible web-shaped material, such as paper or nonwoven material, being provided with at least one adapter (6). The adapter (6) includes first attachment element (7) for attachment to the solid roll (1) and second attachment element (8) for attachment to a dispenser. The first attachment element (7) comprises at least one elongated attachment member (9), which is adapted to be arranged extending in or near the centre line (5) of the solid roll (1). Furthermore, the at least one elongated attachment member (9) is arranged to fixate the adapter (6) to the flexible web-shaped material of the solid roll (1) through frictional engagement.
