Abstract: Disclosed is a method implemented with a head-mounted device for identifying a distinct device within a given range distance of the head-mounted device, the head-mounted device includes a receiver adapted to receive wireless signals and a memory adapted to store data. The method includes: a tag data receiving step during which tag data identifying at least one electronic wireless tag placed on the distinct device are received by the receiver of the head-mounted device; a storing step during which the stored data including the tag data are stored in the memory of the head-mounted device; and an identification step during which the device is identified based on the stored data.

Abstract: The invention relates to a variable transmittance device including at least one variable transmittance lens and a control circuit comprising at least one sensor suitable for measuring an illuminance (E), the control circuit being suitable for automatically controlling the value of the transmittance of the variable transmittance lens depending on the illuminance (E) measured by the sensor, wherein the control circuit defines a plurality of successive illuminance ranges (P) each illuminance range (P) being bounded by a minimum illuminance value (Emin) and a maximum illuminance value (Emax), and wherein the control circuit is suitable for controlling the transmittance of the lens to a plurality of setpoint transmittance values (Tv) respectively corresponding to said plurality of illuminance ranges (P).

Abstract: An electronic frame for an optical device, including: a frame surface element configured to house, at least in part, at least one lens, and connected to at least one temple by respective ends; a circuit controlling operation of at least one electronic component; at least one magnetic or electric field transmitter and one magnetic or electric field sensor, at least one of the sensor or transmitter mounted to be movable relative to one another between first and second positions, the sensor configured to detect a first field direction and a first field value emitted by the transmitter in the first position, and a second field direction and a second field value emitted by the transmitter in the second position, to generate a first position signal or a second position signal towards the control circuit to prompt a response from the control circuit towards the at least one electronic component.
