Abstract:
In accordance with the embodiment, for various measuring instruments such as temperature sensor, humidity sensor, temperature-humidity sensor, illuminance sensor, occupancy sensor, CO2 sensor, fine dust sensor and pressure sensor or various metering instruments such as electricity meter, gas meter, hot water meter, cold water meter, flow meter, and air flow meter, there are provided a function to automatically arrange and display each measuring instrument and each metering instrument at the optimal location or an installation cost based location to manage and control building energy and environment and a function to calculate and display investment earnings rate of each measuring instrument and each metering instrument.
Abstract:
An apparatus automatically arranges a plurality of building energy control sensors based on installation expense. The apparatus includes an input module configured to receive building information, floor information of the building, structural information of rooms and a corridor for each floor of the building, and information on installation expense for one or more energy control sensors to be installed in the building. A sensor arrangement simulation module determines arrangement coordinates of each sensor on the basis of the installation expense information for each sensors to be installed in the building, and an out module outputs the determined arrangement coordinates of each control sensor.
