    摘要: Blocked (cyclo)aliphatic polyisocyanates wherein 30 to 70 equivalent-% of the isocyanate groups are blocked with butanone oxime, 30 to 70 equivalent-% of the isocyanate groups are blocked with 1,2,4-triazole and 0 to 30 equivalent-% of the isocyanate groups are blocked with other blocking agents; a method for their preparation by blocking lacquer polyisocyanates with these blocking agents, optionally with the prior, simultaneous or subsequent modification of the polyisocyanates with hydrazine derivatives containing one or more isocyanate-reactive groups; and the use of the blocked polyisocyanates as cross-linking agents for organic polyhydroxy compounds in one-component polyurethane stoving compositions.

    摘要: Automatic sample preparation method and apparatus for making successive measurements with an analyzer by picking up with a single stepwise movable metering probe, in a first measuring cycle, a sample for measurement from a sample container and a small volume of air; introducing this sample and the air into the inlet of the analyzer; picking up with the same metering probe, in a secondary measuring cycle, a sample for measurement from the same sample container and a small volume of air, and picking up with said metering probe a metered quantity of liquid additive and a second small volume of air; and thence introducing said sample, said liquid additive and said air picked up in the secondary measuring cycle into the inlet of the analyzer.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for coating textiles and/or leather with an aqueous dispersion comprising (A) a mixture of (i) a urethane-containing blocked NCO prepolymer having a number average molecular weight of 2000 to 10,000, a content of blocked isocyanate groups (calculated as NCO) of 0.5 to 5 wt. %, an ethoxy group content of 2 to 50 wt. %, an ionic group content of 5 to 30 meq per 100 g of the prepolymer, and (ii) a polyamine having (cyclo)aliphatically bonded primary and/or secondary amino groups, wherein the equivalent ratio of blocked NCO groups of component (i) to amino groups of component (ii) is 1:0.9 to 1:1.2, and (B) an aqueous phase.

    摘要: Polyisocyanates which have 1,2,4,-triazole-blocked isocyanate groups and a blocked isocyanate group content of 7 to 14 wt. % and which are reaction products of A) a polyisocyanate component selected from (i) lacquer polyisocyanates based on (cyclo)aliphatic diisocyanates or (ii) mixtures of these lacquer polyisocyanates with cycloaliphatic diisocyanates of a maximum molecular weight of 300, B) 50 to 80 equivalent-%, based on the isocyanate groups of component A), of a monofunctional isocyanate group blocking agent containing at least 90 wt. % of 1,2,4-triazole, C) 10 to 30 equivalent-%, based on the isocyanate groups of component A), of a polyester component having an OH number of 56 to 250 and D) 0 to 20 equivalent-%, based on the isocyanate groups of component A), of selected hydrazine derivatives. The present invention is also directed to the use of these blocked polyisocyanates as crosslinking agents in one-component polyurethane stoving lacquers.
