Abstract: A digital painting device and method. The digital painting device includes a generator to generate a color generation signal corresponding to color data in an electronic palette selected by an electronic brush, and a displayer to transmit the color generation signal to a light-emitting module that touches the electronic brush in a time period in which the color generation signal is maintained such that the color data is displayed on the light-emitting module.
