摘要: A power module assembly is disclosed and includes a package body, a first wiring layer, a capacitor, and a system bus set. The package body includes a first surface, a second surface and two switches connected in series to form a bridge arm between the first surface and the second surface. The first wiring layer is disposed on the first surface. The capacitor is connected in parallel with the bridge arm to form a first high-frequency loop. The system bus set includes a positive-electrode bus and a negative-electrode bus fanned out from the first surface, respectively. The projection of the positive-electrode bus or/and the negative-electrode bus on the first surface is at least partially overlapped with the projection of the two switches on the first surface. The bridge arm is electrically connected between the positive-electrode bus and the negative-electrode bus to form a second high-frequency loop.

摘要: An apparatus for installing a high and low voltage conversion circuit, a high and low voltage conversion system and a power source are described. The apparatus includes: a first housing made of an insulation material and a second housing made of a metallic material, each being provided with two openings at both ends respectively in same direction; first and second housings are fixed, and are in contact on at least part of surfaces thereof; a first cavity and a second cavity are formed in first and second housings for installing a high-voltage circuit and a low-voltage circuit respectively, a high voltage terminal connected with high-voltage circuit and a low voltage terminal connected with low-voltage circuit are inserted through one opening of first housing and one opening of second housing respectively.

摘要: The present invention relates to a power converter with low common mode noise, at least comprising: a ground terminal, a power converting unit, a capacitor unit of common DC bus, a filtering capacitor unit, a filtering inductor unit, and a compensation unit. In the present invention, a filtering inductor unit including three primary windings and three auxiliary windings is used for making the power converting unit couple to three phase terminals of an external electrical apparatus. Moreover, the three auxiliary windings are further formed a compensation circuit by way of being connected with the compensation unit, such that the engineer is able to easily and effectively suppress the common mode noise occurring near the resonant frequency of the power converting apparatus through selecting a suitable turns ratio of the primary windings and the auxiliary windings.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an insulation monitoring device applied to a power system and a power system. The power system includes at least one power electronic converter module. The insulation monitoring device includes an insulation component, a signal source, an impedance module, and a monitoring module. The insulation component at least partially wraps around the power electronic converter module. The signal source is electrically coupled to a circuit node in the power electronic converter module, the impedance module is connected between the signal source and the insulation component, and the monitoring module is configured to monitor an insulation resistance value of the insulation component, so that an insulation state of the power electronic converter module may be determined.
