    摘要: A scanning element includes a multilayer circuit board having a first detector unit arranged in a first layer and in a second layer. In addition, the circuit board has a second detector unit, which is arranged in a third layer and in a fourth layer, and a first shielding layer, which is arranged in a fifth layer. The circuit board moreover has a geometrical center plane, which is located between the detector units, and furthermore has vias, which are arranged at an offset from one another in a direction parallel to the center plane. The fifth layer is structured such that that a web that is electrically insulated with respect to this first shielding layer is arranged next to the first shielding layer, the web being electrically contacted with the vias and electrically connecting the vias to one another.

    摘要: An inductive position-measuring device includes a scanning element and a graduation element that are movable relative to each other in a first direction. The scanning element includes exciter conductors and three receiver tracks. The first and the second receiver track are disposed at a distance relative to each other, and the third receiver track is located between the first and the second receiver track. The graduation element includes two graduation tracks which are disposed at a distance relative to each other, and which have different graduation periods. Furthermore, electromagnetic fields generated by the exciter conductors are able to be modulated by the graduation tracks, so that a relative position in the first direction is detectable by the first and the second receiver track, while a relative position in a second direction, which is oriented orthogonally with respect to the first direction, is detectable by the third receiver track.

    摘要: An inductive angle measuring device includes a scanning element and a scale element having scale tracks. First and third scale tracks have an equal first number of scale structures, and a second scale track has a different number of scale structures. The scale tracks are arranged circumferentially and concentrically about an axis, such that the first scale track is located radially inwardly, the second scale track is located radially between the first scale track and the third scale track, and the third scale track is located radially outwardly. The scanning element includes receiver conductors by which the signals having angle-related signal periods can be generated. The first signal period is equal to the third signal period. An overall signal can be generated from the first signal and the third signal and can be combined with the second signal for determining absolute angle position information.

The scanning element has an excitation conductor, and first and second receiver tracks each having a receiver conductor, which extends along the direction according to first and second periodic patterns, respectively, over a length. A graduation track has graduation structures formed of ridges and gaps. The ridges have different widths, or the gaps have different depths or different widths, in the direction. The receiver conductors of the first and second receiver tracks are configured to generate first and second signals having first and second period lengths, respectively, wherein n times the first period length equals m times the second period length, with m and n being relatively prime, and n times the first period length and m times the second period length both being less than or equal to the length.

    摘要: An inductive position-measuring device for absolute position determination includes a scale having a first measuring graduation extending in a measurement direction and a second measuring graduation disposed opposite to the first measuring graduation and extending parallel thereto. A scanner is disposed in a gap between the first measuring graduation and the second measuring graduation. The scanner is displaceable relative to the scale in the measurement direction for purposes of position measurement. The scanner includes a first coil arrangement for scanning the first measuring graduation and generating a first position-dependent scanning signal, and a second coil arrangement, disposed opposite to the first coil arrangement, for scanning the second measuring graduation and generating a second position-dependent scanning signal. At least one intermediate layer of soft magnetic material disposed between the first coil arrangement and the second coil arrangement.
