Abstract: A method of maintaining a backpressure of a fluidic product is provided. The method includes pressurizing a first reservoir to a first predetermined pressure level using compressed air, delivering the fluidic product to the pressurized first reservoir until a current level of the fluidic product in the first reservoir reaches a first predetermined level, pressurizing a second reservoir to a second predetermined pressure level using the compressed air, delivering the fluidic product to the pressurized second reservoir until a current level of the fluidic product in the second reservoir reaches a second predetermined level, and controlling the backpressure of the fluidic product using the first reservoir and the second reservoir such that a discharge flow of the fluidic product is continuous.

Abstract: A method of crystallizing a solution (24) having at least one compound mixed (18) with a dissolving agent (20) is provided. The method includes performing a heating process by heating the solution (24) until a current temperature of the solution is equal to a predetermined treatment temperature, maintaining the current temperature at the predetermined treatment temperature for a predetermined treatment time period, performing a cooling process by cooling the solution (24) until the current temperature is less than the predetermined treatment temperature and a crystallization temperature of the at least one compound (18), causing formation of a plurality of crystal particles (30) of the at least one compound by cooling the solution until the current temperature is equal to a predetermined termination temperature of the at least one compound (18), and varying a particle size of each of the crystal particles (30) based on a cooling speed of the solution.

Abstract: A system of treating waste materials (28) is provided, and includes a waste treatment reactor (10) configured to treat the waste materials. The waste treatment reactor (10) has a cylindrical body (12) having an inlet (14) to receive the waste materials, a waste chamber (26) to store the waste materials, and an outlet (16) configured to deliver treated waste materials out of the waste chamber. A bundle reactor (38) has the waste treatment reactor and performs a waste treatment for the waste materials stored in the waste chamber. An energy recirculation assembly (40) is connected to the bundle reactor and recirculates thermal energy associated with the bundle reactor during the waste treatment. The energy recirculation assembly (40) has a heating unit (42) to heat a first region of the bundle reactor, and a cooling unit (44) to cool a second region of the bundle reactor.

Abstract: A method of decomposing a fluidic product (110) having a plurality of particles (112) is disclosed. The method includes inductively heating the fluidic product (110) at a first predetermined temperature while flowing through a temperature rising portion (138) having a first heating region formed of at least one metal pipe (124) by using a first heating induction coil (134) surrounding the first heating region; holding a temperature of the fluidic product (110) at approximately the first predetermined temperature for a predetermined reaction period while flowing through a temperature holding portion (140) having a second heating region formed of at least one metal pipe (124) by inductively heating the temperature holding portion (140) using a second heating induction coil (136) surrounding the second heating region; and decomposing the fluidic product (110) while flowing through the temperature rising portion (138) and the temperature holding portion (140) during the predetermined reaction period.
