    Abstract: A structure for separating condensate formed in a charge-air-cooler of a turbocharged engine system. The structure may include ribs that catch and direct condensate away from the outlet. The structure may also include a deflector and water dam that prevents condensation from exiting the charge-air-cooler outlet. The condensate maybe be collected and simply drained to outside of the vehicle.
