摘要: A control device capable of suppressing electromagnetic force applied to a motor has a harmonic current calculation section and an operation section. The harmonic current calculation section calculates amplitude and phase of each of harmonic currents to be superimposed over a fundamental current which flows in phase windings of a stator of the motor based on conditions relating to load change of the motor. The operation section generates and transmits instruction signals to an inverter so that the calculated superimposed harmonic currents flow in the phase windings of the stator.

摘要: A motor control device controls a two-phase motor. The two-phase motor obtains a combined torque, which serves as an output torque. The A-phase and B-phase motor portions being joined having a phase difference in terms of structure. The motor control device sets each of A-phase and B-phase drive currents supplied to the A-phase and B-phase motor portions to control the two-phase motor. The motor control device includes a fundamental wave setting unit that sets a sinusoidal fundamental wave current of the A-phase and B-phase drive currents, and a superimposing wave setting unit that sets a high-order harmonic current superimposed on the fundamental wave current. The superimposing wave setting unit sets the high-order harmonic current of at least one of “4n+1”th-order and “4n−1”th-order to reduce a component of “4n”th-order in torque pulsation of the combined torque, and “n” is a natural number.

摘要: A rotor has a plurality of magnetic poles each including one of permanent magnets and one of outer core portions. Each of the outer core portions has a radially outer surface that has an arc shape such that the radially outer surface becomes closer to a rotation axis of the rotor as it extends from a magnetic-pole center of the magnetic pole toward both sides in a circumferential direction. A reference circle is defined which has a diameter equal to a maximum diameter of the rotor core and centers on the rotation axis. An outer circumferential surface of the rotor core has, at intersections between the arc-shaped radially outer surfaces of the outer core portions, maximum displacement portions that are most displaced from the reference circle radially inward. A displacement amount of the maximum displacement portions from the reference circle is smaller than a maximum thickness of the permanent magnets.

摘要: In a control apparatus, a magnetic flux information acquiring unit acquires magnetic flux information of magnetic poles of a rotating electric machine. A fundamental setting unit sets a fundamental command value for supplying a fundamental current to a winding of the rotating electric machine. A harmonic setting unit sets, based on the magnetic flux information acquired by the magnetic flux information acquiring unit, a harmonic command value for supplying a reduction current to the winding. The reduction current is a harmonic current for reducing variation in a radial electromagnetic force acting on a rotor of the rotating electric machine. An operating unit operates, based on the fundamental command value set by the fundamental setting unit and the harmonic command value set by the harmonic setting unit, an electric power converter to supply the winding with a drive current that is obtained by superimposing the reduction current on the fundamental current.

摘要: An apparatus for manufacturing a rotor includes a magnetizer. The magnetizer is configured to magnetize a permanent magnet in a rotor from outside the rotor. The rotor includes a rotor core having a magnet insertion hole. The permanent magnet is provided in an embedded state in the magnet insertion hole and has a bent-back shape protruding radially inward. The magnetizer includes a first yoke portion, a second yoke portion, and a magnetization coil. The first yoke portion has an opposing portion facing an outer peripheral surface of the rotor. The second yoke portion forms a magnetic path together with the first yoke portion. The magnetization coil is disposed on the magnetic path of the first and second yoke portions. The magnetizer magnetizes the permanent magnet by energizing the magnetization coil to apply a magnetizing magnetic flux at least through the rotor between the first yoke portion and the second yoke portion, which are located opposed to each other in a radial direction of the rotor.
