摘要: A rotor includes: a rotor core including a plurality of core sheets that are laminated together and having a plurality of magnet-receiving holes formed in a folded shape; and a plurality of permanent magnets embedded respectively in the magnet-receiving holes. Each of the core sheets has a plurality of first through-holes and a plurality of second through-holes. Each of the first through-holes has a connection portion formed at an intermediate position in the folded shape of a corresponding one of the magnet-receiving holes to connect inner peripheral edges of the first through-hole that face each other in a width direction of the first through-hole. Each of the second through-holes has no connection portion. The core sheets are identical in configuration to each other. The core sheets are laminated so that each of the magnet-receiving holes is constituted of a mixture of the first and second through-holes of the core sheets.

摘要: A rotor includes: a rotor core having a plurality of magnet-receiving holes formed in a folded shape that is convex radially inward; and a plurality of permanent magnets embedded respectively in the magnet-receiving holes of the rotor core. The rotor core includes a plurality of core sheets that are laminated in an axial direction. Each of the core sheets has a plurality of through-holes for magnets. The magnet-receiving holes of the rotor core are constituted of those of the through-holes of the axially-laminated core sheets which overlap each other in the axial direction. Interior surfaces of the magnet-receiving holes have irregular portions each of which is formed by a difference in position between peripheral edges of the axially-overlapping through-holes, and non-irregular portions where none of the irregular portions are formed. The permanent magnets have engaging portions located respectively in recesses of the irregular portions.

摘要: A speed reducer includes a helical gear, an eccentric shaft and a slider plate. The speed reducer also includes a transmission gear and an output gear body. The transmission gear is supported at a first support part, transmission gear spinning is restricted by engagement with the slider plate, and the transmission gear revolves by the helical gear rotating with the eccentric shaft. The output gear body rotates by the transmission gear revolving. The transmission gear includes a pair of restricting protrusions protruding toward the slider plate side. The restricting protrusions have engaging surfaces that touch the slider plate wherein the engaging surfaces oppose the slider plate in a radial direction of the transmission gear. Surfaces at opposite sides of the restricting protrusions from the slider plate are formed, as seen in the axis direction of the transmission gear, to be convex to the opposite sides thereof from the slider plate.
