摘要: A battery monitoring system includes a monitoring unit that monitors a battery and a higher device that is provided with monitoring data obtained by monitoring of the battery by the monitoring unit and saves, by using a blockchain, at least part of specific information included in the monitoring data. The higher device includes a block generation unit that generates a new block including a hash value based on the at least part of the specific information and a last block linked at an end of the blockchain, and an external communication device configured to save, in a distributed manner in a plurality of external devices, the new block generated by the block generation unit. At least one of the monitoring unit or the higher device is provided with a data protection unit configured to ensure reliability of the monitoring data.

摘要: A torque detector detects a torsional torque between a first shaft and a second shaft based on a torsional displacement of an elastic member coaxially connecting the first shaft and the second shaft. The torque detector includes a magnetic flux generation unit and a magnetic sensor. The magnetic flux generation unit rotates with rotation of the first shaft and includes a first pole and a second pole into and out of which lines of magnetic force enter and exit. The magnetic sensor rotates with rotation of the second shaft and includes a detection surface for detecting a magnetic flux or a magnetic flux density. The first pole and the second pole are arranged to face each other across the magnetic sensor.

摘要: A solenoid device includes two electromagnetic coils, two stationary cores, two plungers and a yoke that surrounds the two electromagnetic coils. When a first electromagnetic coil is energized, magnetic flux flows through a first magnetic circuit that includes the first stationary core. When the two electromagnetic coils are energized, magnetic flux of the first electromagnetic coil flows through the first magnetic circuit, and magnetic flux of the second electromagnetic coil flows through a second magnetic circuit that includes a second stationary core. When energization of the first electromagnetic coil is stopped while maintaining energization of the second electromagnetic coil, the magnetic flux of the second electromagnetic coil continues to flow through the second magnetic circuit and a third magnetic circuit that includes the two stationary cores. A magnetism limiting portion is disposed in a portion of the second magnetic circuit that does not overlap the third magnetic circuit.

摘要: A relay system is provided which is designed to avoid flow of inrush current through a capacitor in a pre-charge mode wherein the capacitor is pre-charged. The relay system includes a pair of power lines, a capacitor, a series-connected assembly, a control circuit, and a relay module. The relay module includes two main switches, a main coil, and a sub-coil. In the pre-charge mode, the control circuit energizes both the main and sub-coils to turn on only one of the main switches. Before entering the pre-charge mode, the control circuit diagnoses the sub-coil. When the sub-coil is determined as being malfunctioning, the control circuit inhibits the pre-charge mode from being entered.

摘要: A contact welding detection system includes a main circuit including a DC power source, a power-supply unit electrically connected to the DC power source, and a main circuit relay electrically connected between the DC power source and the power-supply unit, a measurement unit measuring an electrical characteristic value on a signal wiring between a signal generation unit and the main circuit. The system further includes a welding determination unit configured to determine the presence or absence of contact welding in the relay on the basis of the electrical characteristic value, and a first forced ground-contacting unit electrically connected between the main circuit and a conductive member connected to ground. The first forced ground-contacting unit is electrically connected to the main circuit at a connection point located on an opposite side of the relay to a connection point at which the signal generation unit is electrically connected to the main circuit.

摘要: A torsion bar of a torque detection device converts torque applied between an input shaft and an output shaft to a torsional displacement. A pair of yokes is secured to the output shaft, and forms a magnetic circuit in a magnetic field of a multipolar magnet secured to the input shaft. A magnetic flux guide member has a main body facing the yoke to guide magnetic flux of the magnetic circuit. A magnetic sensor is placed at an extension, and detects magnetic flux guided by the magnetic flux guide member. The magnetic flux guide member is configured to allow magnetic permeance per unit area between the magnetic flux guide member and the yoke to be greater at a location in the main body from which the extension is branched, than at a circumferential end portion of the main body.
