The drive circuit includes an AC path, a rectifier connected to the AC path, a DC path on an output side of the rectifier, a smoothing capacitor connected to the DC path, an inverter connected to the DC path, a switch disposed on an electric path from the AC path to the smoothing capacitor, and a controller configured to close and open the switch during a preheating operation of supplying electricity for preheating the compressor via the inverter.

A reactor and a capacitor are disposed in that order along the second direction, at a second position in the first direction. Energy is stored in the reactor via the first switch. 摘要: A discharge switch and a capacitor are connected in series between first and second DC power supply lines. A boost circuit boosts a rectified voltage to charge the capacitor. An inverter receives the rectified voltage as a DC voltage when the discharge switch is not conducting, receives a voltage across the capacitor as the DC voltage when the discharge switch is conducting, converts the DC voltage into an AC voltage, and outputs it to a motor. A switch control unit maintains the discharge switch not conducting over a first time period, and switches the discharge switch between conducting and not conducting in a second time period. A charge and discharge time period setting unit sets the first time period when a rotational speed of the motor is higher than a speed threshold shorter than the first time period when the rotational speed is lower than the speed threshold.

摘要: An inverter driver of an air conditioner drives an inverter of an actuator that actuates the air conditioner. The inverter driver includes a drive circuit outputting a drive signal to the inverter, a microcomputer controlling the drive circuit, a first mechanical relay connected to the drive circuit, and an inverter control power supply continually supplying power to the microcomputer. The first mechanical relay is capable of cutting off an inverter drive power supply of the drive circuit or cutting off the drive signal of the drive circuit. The first mechanical relay cuts off the inverter drive power supply of the drive circuit or the drive signal of the drive circuit when an abnormality in the air conditioner has been sensed and stopping the driving of the actuator has been requested.
