    摘要: A method of increasing the volume, the total sperm count and the reproductive performance of semen from human and animal males, is described. The method comprises administration of an effective dosage of a human or veterinary preparation containing at least one type of xanthoplylls, such as astaxanthin, to said males. Preferably, the astaxanthin exists in a form esterified with fatty acids, e.g. in the form of algal meal produced by culturing of the alga Haematococcus sp. Further, the use of at least one type of xanthophylls, such as astaxanthin, for the preparation of a human or veterinary preparation for increasing the volume, the total sperm count and the reproductive performance of semen from human and animal males, is disclosed.

    摘要: A clamping sleeve for tools or workpieces intended to be clamped with a truncated conical surface on a preferably cylindrical rotatable portion with a conical surface and to support the tool or workpiece with a substantially cylindrical surface concentric with the truncated conical surface and arranged to coact with a clamping ring. The clamping ring is arranged with threads to be screwed axially in both directions on the preferably rotatable portion. The clamping sleeve can be tightened by the clamping ring be against the conical surface with its truncated conical surface. The conical surface and the cylindrical surface consist of spaced mantles, which are sealingly combined with each other at the top end of the sleeve, forming a cavity open towards the base surface of the sleeve. Moreover, the thrust collar is axially movable at the base surface relative to the sleeve and provided with an axially directed collar, which is arranged to extend into an orifice of the cavity. The cavity is filled with a substantially incompressible medium. With continued turning of the thrust collar after tightening the sleeve against the conical surface, the thrust collar is pressed towards the base surface and consequently presses the collar inwards in the cavity. The medium is then set under an increasing pressure and will press the mantles by a radial force towards the conical surface and the surface of the tool or workpiece corresponding to the substantially cylindrical surface.

The chucking device includes body (1), which is provided with truncated cone-shaped surface (3), cavity (4) located inside the surface and along a substantial portion of the axial extension thereof, and a pressurizing member located in body (1), by which the cavity as desired can be subjected to pressure by means of a medium. The device further includes holder (9) for tool (11) or workpiece (18) which is provided with a surface having a conical shape substantially corresponding to that of body (1), cylindrical surface (10) which is concentric with the conical surface, and slits (12) which are open at one end and extend through the wall of the holder. The device also includes clamp ring (15) which can be screwed on threads arranged in the body concentrically with the conical surface for causing the conical surface of the holder to contact the conical surface of the body.

    摘要: In a gas/steam power station plant, which consists essentially of at least one fossil-fired internal combustion engine (2), at least one steam circuit (1) and at least one heat exchanger (3), the heat exchanger (3) connected downstream of the internal combustion engine (2) is fed with exhaust gases (27) from the internal combustion engine (2). Together with a number of steam turbines (12, 13), the steam circuit 1 has a generator (14), a series of other auxiliary units (15, 16) and a water-cooled reactor (11) which produces an amount of saturated steam (B) from an amount of preheated feed water (C) treated in the heat exchanger (3) and fed to it. This amount of saturated steam is thereupon fed to a superheat stage (A) in the heat exchanger (3), where the actual final treatment of the steam takes place.
