Abstract: The disclosure provides high voltage interlock circuit and detection method. The circuit comprises: a power module, a positive electrode of the power module being connected to one end of a current generating module; the current generating module, the other end of the current generating module being connected to a first terminal of a high voltage component module to inject a constant DC current into the high voltage component module; a first voltage dividing module, one end of the first voltage dividing module being connected to a second terminal of the high voltage component module, and the other end of the first voltage dividing module being connected to a negative electrode of the power module and a power ground; and a processing module to determine a fault of the high voltage component module based on a first voltage collected from the second terminal of the high voltage component module.

Abstract: The present application provides a method for controlling a power-down detection circuit, a controller and a computer readable storage medium. The method includes: receiving, by a controller of a power-down detection circuit, a power-down signal, wherein the power-down signal is sent from a power-down detection sub-circuit of the power-down detection circuit when it is determined by the power-down detection sub-circuit that an output voltage of a low-voltage side power supply of the power-down detection circuit is smaller than a threshold, and wherein the power-down detection sub-circuit and the controller are powered by the low-voltage side power supply; controlling, by the controller, a memory of the power-down detection circuit to record fault information, wherein the fault information comprises current information of a high voltage bus sensed by a high-voltage side current sensor of the power-down detection circuit; and performing, by the controller, a fault diagnosis based on the fault information.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a rechargeable battery monitoring system, a battery pack, and an electric vehicle. The rechargeable battery monitoring system includes multiple CMCs, a BMU, and a first bus. Each CMC is connected to the first bus and configured to monitor at least one battery module of a battery pack. The BMU is connected to the first bus and configured to communicate with at least one CMC. The rechargeable battery monitoring system further includes multiple pull-up and/or pull-down modules disposed on a communication path between two adjacent CMCs as part of the first bus. This rechargeable battery monitoring system can stabilize a level on the communication path between the two adjacent CMCs, mitigate an impact caused by external interference onto communication, and improve communication quality.

Abstract: The present application provides a power-down detection circuit and a control method. A low-voltage side power supply is connected to provide an output voltage of the low-voltage side power supply to a power-down detection sub-circuit and provide a standard supply voltage to the power-down detection sub-circuit, a controller and a memory via a voltage conversion circuit. The power-down detection sub-circuit is configured to obtain the output voltage of the low-voltage side power supply, and determine, according to the output voltage of the low-voltage side power supply, whether a power-down event occurs in the low-voltage side power supply. If it is determined that a power-down event occurs, a power-down signal is sent to the controller. The controller receives the power-down signal, and controls the memory to record current information of a high voltage bus sensed by a high-voltage side current sensor.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a detection circuit and method. The detection circuit comprises: a controller, a battery pack, a main positive switch module, a main negative switch module and at least one detection loop. The controller collects voltages of a positive electrode and a negative electrode of the battery pack and a voltage between external sides of the main positive switch module and the main negative switch module when turning on the main positive or negative switch module and after turning on any detection loop, and obtains resistance values of insulation resistors of the external sides according to resistance values of insulation resistors of internal sides of the main positive and negative switch module, as well as the voltages of the positive electrode and the negative electrode and the voltage between the external sides of the main positive switch module and the main negative switch module, which are collected twice.
