Abstract: A method of implanting a penile prosthetic in a patient includes opening a proximal space inside of a crus penis and a distal space inside of an external portion of a penis of the patient. An implantable penile prosthetic is provided having a cylinder and a base, with the base adapted to be coupled to a reservoir and a pump and including an inflatable bladder. Inflation of the inflatable bladder of the base with liquid from the reservoir expands an outer diameter of the base to stabilize the implantable penile prosthetic within the penis of the patient.

Abstract: A dilator configured for dilating tissue of a corpora cavernosum of a penis having a dilation body defined along a longitudinal axis of the dilator and an extendable wing connected to the dilation body. A knob is provided at a first proximal end portion of the dilation body and is configured to communicate with the extendable wing. Rotating the knob extends the extendable wing away from the dilation body and changes an effective diameter of the dilator. The pincher has a spine portion that is movably coupled to a distal end portion of the handle and a first jaw movably coupled to a second jaw along the spine portion of the pincher. The first jaw has a first plunger edge that is spaced a gap distance away from a second plunger edge of the second jaw. The plunger is tapered having a first width at a distal end that is not greater than the gap distance and a second width that is larger than the first width. The second width measured proximal of the distal end of the plunger.

Abstract: A method of implanting a penile prosthetic includes confirming that a tow suture is coupled with a resorbable suture-engagement component attached to an exterior surface of a cylinder. The method includes inserting the tow suture into a corpora cavernosum of a penis and pushing the tow suture through a glans of the penis and pulling on the tow suture and towing the cylinder to a distal location within the penis. The tow suture is removed from the resorbable suture-engagement component.

Abstract: A tool for inserting a cylinder of a penile prosthesis into a patient includes a handle extending between first and second guides. The first guide is located at a first end portion of the tool and includes a first cylinder cradle on a first side of the tool and a first tubing cradle on a second side of the tool that is opposite of the first side of the tool. Abstract: A penile prosthesis kit of parts includes an inflatable implant, a reservoir adapted to contain a volume of liquid, a pump, tubing and tubing connectors provided for attachment of the inflatable implant and the reservoir to the pump, and instructions for use provided for implantation and use of the pump. The pump has a rotary valve located in a first flow path entering into the pump and in a second flow path exiting from the pump. Abstract: A pump for an implantable penile prosthetic includes a reservoir tubing port, an inflatable implant tubing port, a pump bulb connected to a body of the pump, a rotary valve. The pump bulb is operable to move a liquid through the reservoir tubing port and into the pump bulb along a first flow path formed in the body of the pump, and out of the pump bulb and through the inflatable implant tubing port through a second flow path formed in the body of the pump. The rotary valve communicates with both of the first flow path and the second flow path. The rotary valve is constrained to rotate in only one of a clockwise direction and a counter clockwise direction.
