Abstract: A system may include an output stage comprising a single-ended driver for driving a load at an output of the output stage, a loop filter coupled at its input to the output of the output stage and configured to minimize an error between a target current signal received by the loop filter and an output current driven on the load, and control circuitry configured to, when the load current is driven in a manner such that the load current changes polarity, reset a state variable of the loop filter.

Abstract: A system for reading a plurality of subset views of an evolving data store may include for each subset view, a plurality of memory buffers comprising at least three buffers. The system may also include control circuitry for controlling the plurality of memory buffers of the plurality of subset views, the control circuitry configured to maintain, for each subset view, a variable defining a most-recently updated buffer of the plurality of buffers such that a read request for such subset view will respond with data of the most-recently updated buffer of such subset view; and responsive to an update of data of the evolving data store: (i) determine, for each subset view, a selected data buffer of the plurality of buffers other than the most-recently updated buffer for such subset view to write updated subset view information; (ii) cause, for each subset view, the updated subset view information for such subset view to be written to the selected data buffer for such subset view; and (iii) substantially simultaneously across all of the plurality of subset views, update the variables defining the most-recently updated buffer of the plurality of subset views such that a subsequent read request for a subset view will respond with the updated subset view information for such subset view.

Abstract: A system for using actuators to control an image sensor and/or lens based on sensor data received from position sensors and based on position information for the image sensor and/or lens received from a host processor includes a primary camera controller device, at least one secondary camera controller device, and at least one communication link connecting the primary camera controller device and the at least one secondary camera controller device. The primary and secondary camera controller devices receive respective primary and secondary sensor data from the position sensors, send the respective primary and secondary sensor data to the other camera controller device via the communication link, process the primary and secondary sensor data and the position information to generate respective primary and secondary control data, and drive the respective primary and secondary control data to the actuators concurrently.

Abstract: An electronic control system provides selectable path operation, such as linear and pulse-width modulated (PWM) operation and provides path transition management to improve operation. The system supplies a current or a voltage to a load in response to an input signal or value and includes an output driver, and multiple selectable control paths. The system includes a control circuit that selects between the first control path and the second control path in response to a path selection indication to drive the output driver. The system may include an evaluator that determines the path selection indication in conformity with an amplitude and a slew rate of the input. One or all of the control paths may have a response time to changes in the input signal or value, and the control circuit may delay switching from the second control path to the first control path to compensate for the response time.

Abstract: A system may include an output stage for driving a load at an output of the output stage, a pulse-width modulation mode path configured to pre-drive the output stage in a first mode of operation, a linear mode path configured to pre-drive the output stage in a second mode of operation and a loop filter coupled at its input to the output of the output stage and coupled at its output to both of the pulse-width modulation mode path and the linear mode path. The pulse-width modulation mode path and the linear mode path may be configured such that a first transfer function between the output of the loop filter and the output of the output stage is substantially equivalent to a second transfer function between the output of the loop filter and the output of the output stage.

Abstract: A power supply system and method include multiple power conversion units (PCUs) with independent power generation control and a PCU-to-PCU regulation of power, handoff control system to transfer control of power regulation to a load among the PCUs. The multiple PCUs maintain independent power generation control to collectively provide power to the load and handoff regulation of the power to the load from one PCU to another PCU. The term “handoff” refers to communication between PCUs that affects a transfer and acceptance of regulation of power control. The independent PCU power generation control with singularly located but transferable control of the regulation of power provides a flexible dynamic power supply.
