摘要: A connector for providing electrical connections to a coil in an electromagnetic device includes a support member detechably coupled by detents to the bobbin on which the coil is wound. The support members holds an insulating body which receives plug blades connectable to the coil and to a mating connector portion. A holding member forms the ground prong, is mechanically and electrically fastened to the support member and holder the insulating body therebetween.

摘要: A magnetic structure including a coil and yoke includes a bobbin or spool having a coil wound thereon, the flanges at the ends of the bobbin having protruding ribs defining radially extending slots which receive the legs of bundles of U-shaped laminations. The outer corners of the laminations are beveled or chamfered and are retained in position by end plates which have inwardly protruding inclined surfaces positioned to engage the beveled corners, thereby preventing outward radial movement of the laminations. The end plates can then be retained in place by conventional fastener means. The entire assembly can also be spray-coated with plastic. The laminations themselves are not perforated.

摘要: A coil spool or bottom for an electromagnetic device has a central part about which a coil is wound and end flanges, one of which is formed with pockets for receiving the ends of the coil wire at the points of connection to external conductors. The junctions are received within the pockets and need no separate insulation. Notches and slots at the sides of the pockets are provided for entry and exit of the wires.

摘要: An inductive measuring transducer impermeable to pressure media for use with a fluidic adjusting member such as a multiple position valve as a receiving casing of non magnetic working material for receiving a magnetic core, coils surrounding the casing which are, in turn, surrounded by a housing. An operating rod passes into the casing through a connecting member and operates the core. The casing is formed as continuous, hollow cylindrical tube with a closing member or plug inserted in one end and attached in fluid tight relationship. The other end of the receiving casing is tightly connected with the connecting member which is formed as a separate part from the receiving casing.

摘要: An actuating magnet, particularly a direct current electromagnet, has a cylindrical magnetically permeable shell or cover made from a rectangular sheet of metal bent into a square cylinder, the edges of the sheet forming a gap. Pole plates on the ends of the shell have recesses on their edges to receive projections on the shell. The pole plates have recesses in the corners, leaving the corners uncovered to receive fastening screws.

摘要: An electromagnet or solenoid includes an armature in the form of a piston guided for sliding axially in a magnet housing surrounding it. The armature has at least one bearing ring providing the slide bearing of the piston. The bearing ring is held by engagement in at least one groove in the outer surface of the piston. The groove extends axially on the piston and is open to one piston end surface so that the bearing ring and the groove are engaged without great deformation of the bearing ring and the bearing ring can be closed. The bearing ring has an inwardly projecting curvature engaging the groove. The outside edges of the groove are rounded along a length corresponding to the width of the bearing ring forming an edge recess which receives the curvature and holds the bearing ring against axial thrust.

摘要: Electromagnet solenoid with a housing in which a winding support supporting the magnet winding is arranged, having an armature which supports at least one stem and is mounted to be capable of moving to and fro within the winding support, and with end pieces terminating the housing. For guiding the armature a sleeve made of magnetic material is provided within the winding support, and said sleeve has on its surface directed towards the armature a sliding coating defining an air gap (i.e. a space free of magnetic material,) and in addition to serving for guiding the armature the said sleeve serves for redirecting magnetic flux.

摘要: An activating magnet, particularly a stroke magnet, has a magnet housing (15) which closely surrounds the periphery of the coil (7) and abuts the spool (8) thereof. An armature (1) is arranged within the coil so as to be axially moveable therein, and a pressure-proof junction box (38) is rigidly connected with the magnet housing in which the connections (24) for the coil are located. In order to create a much simpler and more economical construction for a pressure-proof pole tube (3,4,6) on which the coil is arranged. The magnet housing is pressure-proof and abuts the pole tube on both sides of the coil, and a pole core (5) is penetrated by the activating ram (2), whereby the pole core on one side and the magnet housing on the other side are rigidly connected with each other by means of a connecting means (22). The connections for the coil are guided through and out of the wall of the magnet housing and the junction box is rigidly connected to the magnet housing on the side thereof where the coil connections protrude.

摘要: An activating magnet having two coaxial pole tube portions which are spaced from each other, have the same inner and outer diameters and are connected with each other by means of a connecting ring of solder. In order to create an activating magnet in which the pole tube portions need only be machined on the outside or inside diameter, a spacing ring of a non-magnetizable material is arranged between the two pole tube portions. The spacing ring is thinner than the two pole tube portions, whereby the connecting ring has the same outside diameter and the spacing ring has the same inside diameter as the pole tube portions, or vice versa. A guide tube of a non-magnetizable material may be provided within the pole tube portions and the spacing ring.
