摘要: A method for sending a keycode of a non-keyboard apparatus is provided and includes the following steps. The non-keyboard apparatus determines the connection status between itself and a computer by the time required for device enumeration. Then, according to a value generated from device enumeration, the non-keyboard apparatus identifies the kind of operating system running on the computer. The non-keyboard apparatus sends to the computer a keycode corresponding to the Num Lock key and/or a keycode corresponding to the Caps Lock key such that a sending time and a feedback time are obtained. A parameter related to the efficiency of the computer is then calculated based.

摘要: A method for controlling an electronic device through infrared detection includes an infrared sensor to detect displacement alteration waveforms of a targeted object to generate a control signal to control the electronic device. The method includes: setting at least one execution command; setting an executing condition for each execution command; getting a detection signal of the infrared sensor; processing alteration waveforms of the detection signal; judging whether the detection signal alteration waveforms coincided with the executing condition; and executing the execution command corresponding to the executing condition. By means of the method set forth above the infrared sensor can detect movement of the targeted object, and convert the movement to a control means for the electronic device. Thereby through the movement of an object the electronic device can be activated to perform a selected function.

摘要: The present invention discloses a plug-and-play audio device which can electrically connect to a computer communication interface of a computer device. The plug-and-play audio device comprises a communication interface control unit, a isochronous transfer node unit, an audio control unit, a micro-control unit, a bulk data transfer node unit, a bidirectional data transfer interface unit, a data reading unit, and a data storage unit. The isochronous transfer node unit electrically connects to the communication interface control unit and the audio control unit. The bidirectional data transfer interface unit electrically connects to the micro-control unit and the bulk data transfer node unit, and further comprises a transmission interface to connect an external device. The data reading unit electrically connects to the bulk data transfer node unit. The data storage unit comprises storage modules, driver storage modules and audio device drivers.

摘要: Disclosed is a detection process performed in the detector, which is switchable between an active detection mode, where the detector actively monitors the surrounding area, and a passive detection mode. The data obtained by operation in the active detection mode for the first time are temporarily stored to serve as an initial environmental parameter. Subsequently, the detector operates primarily in the passive detection mode to determine whether or not a downstream device is to be activated, while switching intermittently from the passive detection mode to the active detection mode to thereby determine the activation or deactivation of the downstream device based on the result of comparing the detected value with the initial environmental parameter.
