    摘要: A wire/fiber ring having two layers applied in four clock positions. Each layer includes a first material strand having a first diameter and a second material strand having a second diameter different from the first diameter. A second or any subsequent layer is disposed such that there is unambiguous nesting between strands in adjacent layers. After the array is built-up, wire is over-wrapped around the array to hold it in place during subsequent consolidation steps, which take place after the built-up array is sealed in an air-tight container and evacuated. After heating and application of pressure a wire/fiber array having a void content of about 12% and a fiber content of between about 0% to 70% and preferably between about 30% and 45% can be achieved.

    摘要: An apparatus for containing a nut on a bolt including a housing having a main body, a proximal end and a distal end. A threaded aperture may be formed within the distal end of the main body for threading the housing onto the bolt. A flange extending from the housing that may engage the substrate when the housing is threaded over the bolt. At least one aperture formed within the flange for securing the housing to the substrate. A pair of housings may be placed adjacent one another and secured in a stationary position by a connector inserted through respective apertures formed in a flange of each housing. The connector may connect the housings together and be sized to prevent each housing from turning beyond an acceptable tolerance with respect to the other housing. The connector may be used to secure individual housings to other stationary components.

    摘要: A system and method include processing multiple individual participant speech in a conference call with an audio speech recognition system to create a transcript for each participant, assembling the transcripts into a single transcript having participant identification for each speaker in the single transcript, and making the transcript searchable. In one embodiment, encoder states are dynamically tracked and the state of each encoder is continuously tracked to allow interchange of state between encoders without creating audio artifacts, and re-initializing an encoder during a brief period of natural silence for encoders whose states continuously diverge. In yet a further embodiment, tracking of how each of multiple users has joined a conference call is performed to determine and utilize different messaging mechanisms for users.
