    摘要: A water resource treating device includes an inner tube having a wind inlet section, a front low-pressure section, and a buffering section in series. The front low-pressure section has an inner diameter smaller than an inner diameter of the buffering section. An outer tube is mounted around the inner tube. A flash space is defined between the inner and outer tubes. The outer tube includes a water filling hole and a draining hole both of which is in communication with the flash space. A condensing tank is mounted in the flash space and surrounds the front low-pressure section. The condensing tank is connected to the flash space by a water inlet tube. A water outlet tube is connected to the condensing tank for draining purified water in the condensing tank. A regulator is mounted in the front low-pressure section and controls communication between the inner tube and the condensing tank.

A piston assembly is movably received in the chamber of the cylinder. The piston assembly includes first and second pistons and a connecting rod connected to the first and second pistons. The first piston is mounted to a side of the second piston and rotatable relative to the connecting rod. Each of the first and second pistons includes a plurality of openings. A guiding block is formed on an outer periphery of the first piston and is slideably received in the guiding groove.

An air channel is formed between and in communication with the air inlet and the air outlet of each air guiding tube. A wind power generating assembly is mounted in each of the air channels.

The pressure and temperature of an uprising gas in a compartment of the floating body is controlled by a floating assembly. A second set of air guiding tubes is located at the rear section and extended through the ailerons on the rear section. Each air guiding tube includes an air inlet and an air outlet. An air channel is formed between and in communication with the air inlet and the air outlet of each air guiding tube. A wind power generating assembly is mounted in each air channel.

A heat conducting assembly is mounted in the compartment and includes a heat conducting tube and a pump. The heat conducting tube includes a first end in communication with the compartment and a second end connected to the pump. The pump draws the first working fluid into the second end of the heat conducting tube via an inlet of the pump. A heat machine includes a compressor, a heat exchanger, and a gas turbine. The compressor, the heat exchanger, and the gas turbine are connected to each other by a plurality of pipes. The gas turbine is connected to a generator. The heat exchanger and the working fluid undergo heat exchange.
