Abstract: This disclosure relates to a method of forming an integral container and carrying handle by extruding a tube of plastic material, forming a first portion of the tube into an inverted generally U-shaped handle, forming another portion of the tube into a container body having a neck spanned by the handle, and removing waste material from between the handle and the neck to form the inner outline of the handle and form an opening of the neck.
