    Abstract: A fluid material dispensing apparatus capable of conducting an automatic self-cleaning operation includes: controlling a switch to conduct a liquid outlet a cleaning sink and a liquid input port of a fluid diverter, so that cleaning solution in the cleaning sink flows into the fluid diverter; activate a pump to push residual fluid material in a material transmission pipe forward, so that the residual fluid material is discharged into a diversion device through an outlet connector; and utilizing operation of the pump to form a negative pressure in a detergent transmission pipe, so that the cleaning solution in the fluid diverter is sucked into a dual-mode fluid connector through the detergent transmission pipe, and then flows into the material transmission pipe through the dual-mode fluid connector.

    Abstract: A material output volume detecting device for use in an automated beverage preparation apparatus is disclosed. The material output volume detecting device includes: a damper device arranged to operably buffer liquid material flowing therethrough; and a flowmeter arranged to operably measure the flow of liquid material outputted from the damper device. The damper device includes: a damper base having a material entrance hole, a material exit hole, and a material buffer chamber positioned between the material entrance hole and the material exit hole; a diaphragm covered on the material buffer chamber; and a fastening element positioned on the diaphragm and having a hollow portion. When the volume of liquid material within the material buffer chamber exceeds a predetermined amount, the diaphragm deforms to protrude outward, so that a part of the diaphragm enters the hollow portion of the fastening element.

    Abstract: An automatic cooking machine includes: an upper portion provided with a connection port thereon; a control interface arranged to operably generate control commands based on a user's manipulations to control operation of the automatic cooking machine; a base; a heater arranged on the base; a supporting portion coupled between the upper portion and the base, and arranged to support the upper portion; a hopper for receiving materials and having a hollow feeding tube, wherein the feeding tube is detachably inserted into the connection port; a cooking pot capable of being heated on the heater; and a strainer capable of being placed in the cooking pot and receiving materials. The strainer is provided with holders and the side walls and the bottom of the strainer are provided with multiple filter pores. When the strainer is placed in the cooking pot, the holders expose outside the cooking pot.

    Abstract: A material dispensing device, a material output volume detecting device, and a related damper device for use in an automated beverage preparation apparatus are disclosed. The material output volume detecting device includes: a damper device arranged to operably buffer liquid material flowing therethrough; and a flowmeter arranged to operably measure the flow of liquid material outputted from the damper device.
