    Abstract: A medical device comprises a handle including an actuator, a shaft extending distally from the handle, wherein the shaft includes a lumen, and a distal cap.     Abstract: A device for inserting a medical apparatus into a living body includes a handle and an elongated sheath extending from the handle to a distal end configured for insertion to a target location in the living body in combination with a clasp positioned within a distal portion of the elongated sheath and configured to temporarily attach to an endoscopic device and a spring retention mechanism movable from a first resting configuration maintaining a first closed position of the clasp to a second compressed configuration moving the clasp to an open position. A withdrawal mechanism is movable from a first resting configuration in which the distal end of the elongated sheath extends distally over a distal end of the endoscopic device to a second retracted configuration in which the distal end of the elongated sheath is moved proximally of the distal end of the endoscopic device.

    Abstract: A device includes a body and a clipping mechanism including first and second clipping members. At least the first member is rotatably coupled to a distal end of the body so that the mechanism transitions between Closed State, in which distal ends of the members are in abutting contact, and Open State, in which the first member is rotated away from the second member to allow an adhesive material to be extended distally past the distal ends. A working channel of the device is formed in the body and components of the mechanism. The channel extends longitudinally through the device so that the material passes into a proximal end of the channel, through the channel, and distally past the distal ends when the mechanism is in Open State, whereupon the mechanism transitions into Closed State and a portion of the material severed and applied to target.

    Abstract: An apparatus for delivering a powdered agent into a subject's body may include a first passage for receiving a pressurized gas. The apparatus also may include a container housing a powdered agent. The container may be in fluid connection with the first passage. At least a portion of the pressurized gas is introduced into the powdered agent in the container to fluidize the powdered agent. The apparatus also may include a second passage for receiving the powdered agent from the container. In a first configuration of the apparatus, the second passage may not be in fluid connection with the container. In a second configuration of the apparatus, the second passage may be in fluid connection with the container. The apparatus may be configured to transition between the first configuration and the second configuration.
