摘要: Embodiments of the invention include systems, methods, and computer-program products for a feedback loop for enhancing archive validation and retention parameter determination for documents. The system may generate or receive image documents. Utilizing image quality and data storage metrics the system may trigger the purging and/or retention of documents in image and/or paper form. Upon retention, the system may continually monitor the documents and store metadata associated with the use of the retained documents. Once the documents are purged, the system compiles historic data points associated with the image quality and data storage metrics. Furthermore, the system extracts the metadata associated with the monitoring of retained documents. These data points and metadata are reviewed to provide revisions in retention parameters for specific documents. A feedback loop directly communicates and integrates the revisions to the metric and criteria for instant integration.

摘要: Data associated with a payment may be perfected before additional processing. An image file is received during a first time period, and a processor determines, during the first time period, data associated with the image file. The processor automatically determines, during the first time period, one or more exceptions associated with the data by evaluating if the data meets one or more exception rules. The processor performs, during the first time period, one or more data perfection procedures triggered by the one or more exceptions to obtain perfected data. The processor sends, during the first time period, the perfected data to a posting application.

The system may generate or receive image documents. Utilizing image quality and data storage metrics the system may trigger the purging and/or retention of documents in image and/or paper form. Upon retention, the system may continually monitor the documents and store metadata associated with the use of the retained documents. This monitoring may identify a period for purging the document, efficiently allowing for physical or server space availability.

摘要: Embodiment for detecting duplicate images include systems for determining that two or more of the images have similar key attributes such as attributes related to certain data in the images or image quality. Further, the embodiments include superimposing at least a portion of a first image of the two or more images over at least a portion of the second image of the two or more images, comparing the first image and second image; and determining whether the first image and the second image are identical.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide a system for triggering alerts to accumulate system resources in response to deposit amounts exceeding a threshold. The system determines a threshold deposit amount based on a regulatory amount of deposited funds that must occur during a regulatory period before a report must be provided to a regulatory agency. The system accumulates deposit data to create a deposit database. When the system receives a request for a new deposit associated with a new deposit amount and a user, the system can identify previous related deposits by searching the deposit database. The system may then combine an amount of the previous deposits with the new deposit amount to determine a total deposited amount. If the total deposited amount exceeds the threshold deposit amount, then the system will request additional regulatory information associated with the deposits before processing the deposit.
