摘要: Systems, computer program products, and methods are described herein for processing resources and associated metadata in the metaverse using knowledge graphs. The invention relates to a method for processing and converting documents from a digital data source, involving the following steps: receiving one or more documents from the data source; storing the documents in a network attached storage using a file transfer protocol; converting the documents into an extensible markup language (XML) format; storing the converted documents in an API-accessible document database; generating a downstream process API for accessing the document database; creating an abstract document delineation for the converted documents based on data extracted via the downstream process API; and finally, transforming the abstract document delineation and associated metadata into a semantic, immersive, actionable ontological modeling language, facilitating enhanced document representation and interaction.

摘要: Systems, methods, and apparatus are provided for developing and applying a metaverse enabled digital cognitive twin. Customer communications may be secured at a data layer using multi-cloud object storage. A first multi-modal AI system may generate segmented customer activity data from the customer communications and output the segmented customer activity data to a set of decentralized streaming caches. At an extended reality platform, a second multi-modal AI system may generate immersive content from a real time customer input and the segmented customer activity data for viewing in an XR environment. The system may train an XR avatar based at least in part on the customer communications. The XR avatar may interact with customers and agents and may present a video together with customized supplementary information. The immersive video and the XR avatar may be generated by a plug-in application configured to adapt a variety of XR platforms.

摘要: A system includes a memory and a processor coupled to the memory. The processor receives a voice command from a first user to transfer a first amount of data objects from a first data file of the first user to a second data file of a second user. The processor generates a voice signature of the first user and further generates a virtual device in the virtual environment, wherein the virtual device comprises metadata relating to the transfer of the data objects. The processor presents the virtual device and the voice signature to the second user in the virtual environment. The processor receives a selection from the second user of the voice signature and plays the voice signature on a second user device of the second user. The processor receives an acknowledgement from the second user and initiates the requested transfer of data objects to the second user.

The computing platform may digitally notarize the document.
