    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display panel, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. The display panel includes a plurality of optical fingerprint identification structures, each optical fingerprint identification structure includes a display region and a sensing region, the display region includes a driving circuitry layer, a planarization layer, a pixel definition layer, and a light-emitting element, and the light-emitting element includes an anode, a light-emitting material layer and a cathode. The sensing region includes a sensing region opening, an optical sensor and a cathode metal layer, the cathode metal layer includes a first cathode metal layer and a second cathode metal layer, and the first cathode metal layer is separated from the second cathode metal layer by a gap, so that light emitted by the light-emitting element is allowed to enter the optical sensor through the gap after being reflected by a fingerprint.

    Abstract: A display substrate is provided. The display substrate includes a substrate (1), a first transistor (2) and a second transistor (3) on the substrate (1), directions of intrinsic threshold voltage shifts of the first transistor (2) and the second transistor (3) being opposite; and a shift adjustment structure (4) on the substrate (1). The shift adjustment structure (4) may be configured to input adjustment signals to the first transistor (2) and the second transistor (3) respectively to make threshold voltages of the first transistor (2) and the second transistor (3) shift in directions opposite to the directions of their intrinsic threshold voltage shifts respectively.

    Abstract: A display substrate having a display area and a gate-on-array (GOA) area outside the display area is provided. The display substrate includes a base substrate a light shielding layer on the base substrate; an insulating layer on a side of the light shielding layer away from the base substrate; and a GOA signal line on a side of the insulating layer away from the light shielding layer, and is connected electrically in parallel with a first part of the light shielding layer, the first part being in the GOA area. The display substrate includes a plurality of first vias extending through the insulating layer in the GOA area. The GOA signal line is electrically connected to the first part of the light shielding layer through the plurality of first vias respectively, thereby connecting the GOA signal line and the first part of the light shielding layer electrically in parallel.

    Abstract: An array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The array substrate includes a display pixel area for providing pixel units arranged in an array. The array substrate further includes: a base substrate a first insulating layer, a second insulating layer, and a first conductive pattern layer. The first insulating layer is provided on the base substrate, grooves are provided in the first insulating layer, and the grooves are provided in the display pixel area. The second insulating layer is provided on the first insulating layer, and the second insulating layer is also filled into the grooves. The first conductive pattern layer is provided on the second insulating layer.

    Abstract: The double-sided display panel according to embodiments of the present disclosure includes: a first organic light-emitting layer for front-side display; a second organic light-emitting layer for back-side display; a first switch TFT configured to enable the first organic light-emitting layer to emit light; and a second switch TFT configured to enable the second organic light-emitting layer to emit light. A gate electrode of the first switch TFT is multiplexed as, or connected to, a gate electrode of the second switch TFT.
