    摘要: A tandem organic light-emitting diode, an array substrate and a display device are provided. The tandem organic light-emitting diode includes an anode, a hole transport layer, a first light-emitting layer, a first charge generation layer, a second charge generation layer, a third charge generation layer, a fourth charge generation layer, a second light-emitting layer, an electron transport layer and a cathode which are sequentially laminated, wherein the first charge generation layer is an N-type bulk heterojunction, the second charge generation layer and the third charge generation layer are both PN junction type bulk heterojunctions, a proportion of the P-type organic material in the second charge generation layer is greater than that of the N-type organic material, a proportion of the P-type organic material in the third charge generation layer is less than that of the N-type organic material, and the fourth charge generation layer is a P-type bulk heterojunction.

    摘要: The embodiments of the present invention provide an organic light emitting diode device, display panel and display device. The existing top emitting series OLED device is improved with a structure of homojunctions; the functional layer of the top emitting series OLED device is also improved. The functional layer comprises a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, a plurality of light emitting layers, an electron transport layer and an electron injection layer sequentially arranged from the anode. A charge generation layer A and a charge generation layer B are arranged between two directly adjacent light emitting layers. A homojunction is applied in each light emitting unit of the top emitting series OLED device, reducing the types of organic materials and the carrier injection barrier, improving the injection of carriers and the efficiency of the device. The driving voltage of the device is thus reduced.

    摘要: A tandem organic light-emitting diode, an array substrate and a display device are provided. The tandem organic light-emitting diode includes an anode (10), a hole transport layer (11), a first light-emitting layer (12), a first charge generation layer (13), a second charge generation layer (14), a third charge generation layer (15), a second light-emitting layer (16), an electron transport layer (17) and a cathode (18) which are sequentially laminated, wherein the first charge generation layer (13) is an N-type bulk heterojunction, the second charge generation layer (14) is a PN junction type bulk heterojunction, and the third charge generation layer (15) is a P-type bulk heterojunction. The array substrate includes a plurality of the above tandem organic light-emitting diodes and the display device includes the above array substrate. The tandem organic light-emitting diode provided herein can be applied in a display device for reducing power consumption.

The laminated organic electroluminescent device comprises at least two stacked light emitting units, and a connection layer for connecting two adjacent light emitting units, each light emitting unit comprising a light emitting layer; the connection layer comprises a lower sub-connection layer and an upper sub-connection layer stacked and connected with each other, and at least one of the sub-connection layers is a gradually-doped connection layer in direct contact with its adjacent light emitting layer.
