    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a display assembly, a display device and a driving method. The display assembly includes: a display panel provided with a plurality of pixel islands distributed in an array, any one of the pixel islands including sub-pixels continuously arranged along a set direction; and a lens layer arranged on a light exit surface of the display panel and including lenses arranged along the set direction. A lenticular lens pitch is not greater than a size of an opening of each pixel island in the set direction, and along the set direction, a sub-pixel pitch in each of the pixel islands is smaller than a half of the lenticular lens pitch. The lenticular lens pitch is equal to a sum of a size of each lenticular lens in the set direction and a distance between two adjacent ones of the plurality of lenticular lenses.

In the near-eye display device and method, displaying a first image and a second image in different time periods by using a display portion; converting light of the first image to first linearly polarized light and converting light of the second image to second linearly polarized light by using a polarization conversion portion, a polarization direction of the first linearly polarized light being different from that of the second linearly polarized light; receiving the first linearly polarized light and the second linearly polarized light, and causing them to be emitted towards different directions by using a polarization splitting portion; and transmitting the first linearly polarized light and transmitting the second linearly polarized light by using an image light transmission portion.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a near-eye display apparatus. The near-eye display apparatus comprises: a display screen; a polarization converter; an imaging lens group; a semi-transparent and semi-reflective layer arranged between the polarization converter and the first lens; a reflective polarized layer arranged on the side, facing away from the polarization converter, of the semi-transparent and semi-reflective layer, the polarization direction of the first linearly polarized light is vertical to the polarization direction of the second linearly polarized light; and a liquid crystal lens arranged between the semi-transparent and semi-reflective layer and the reflective polarized layer. When the liquid crystal lens is switched between the first phase retardation amount and the second phase retardation amount, the light path of light in the near-eye display apparatus changes, so that the near-eye display apparatus can image at two focal lengths.

    Abstract: Provided is a display device. The display device includes a display panel and a microlens array disposed on a light-emitting side of the display panel, wherein the display panel includes a plurality of pixel islands in which a first pixel island displaying a first color, a second pixel island displaying a second color, and a third pixel island displaying a third color adjacent to one another form a repeating unit. In a same repeating unit, three sub-pixels at the same positions relative to their respective microlens units in the first pixel island, the second pixel island, and the third pixel island are disposed at three vertexes of a triangle respectively, and thus form a color fusion pixel. In addition, the display device further includes microlens arrays in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of pixel islands to realize 3D display.
