    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a maximum connected domain marking method, a target tracking method and an AR (Augmented Reality)/VR (Virtual Reality) apparatus, and relate to the field of image processing technology, and can obtain the maximum connected domain. A maximum connected domain marking method comprises: marking connected domains of pixels of a binary image and recording equivalent relationships; merging the equivalent connected domains according to the equivalent relationships, for pixels with the equivalent relationships in the marked results; counting the number of pixels in each merged connected domain; determining a connected domain label for the maximum connected domain according to the counted number of pixels in each connected domain; and determining coordinates of boundary pixels in the maximum connected domain based on the connected domain label.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a pupil positioning device and method and a display driver of a virtual reality device. The pupil positioning device includes a preprocessing circuit and a coordinate processing circuit. The preprocessing circuit is configured to receive an eye image, and preprocess the eye image to obtain all boundary points of the eye image. The coordinate processing circuit is configured to perform connected region processing on all the boundary points, and determine coordinates of a center of the pupil according to the maximum connected region.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a method for reducing brightness of images at least partially. The method includes determining a grayscale mapping table corresponding to a previous frame of image and adjusting grayscale value of each pixel of a current frame of image based on the grayscale mapping table to enhance a contrast ratio to determine an after-adjust grayscale value of each pixel of the current frame of image. Furthermore, the method includes determining one or more coefficients of grayscale reduction based on the after-adjust grayscale value of each pixel of the current frame of image. Moreover, the method includes reducing grayscale value of each pixel of a next frame of image based on the one or more coefficients of grayscale reduction and after-adjust grayscale values of corresponding pixels of the next frame of image.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a method for reducing brightness of images at least partially.
