Abstract: Provided is a micro-LED device, comprising: a light emitting unit comprising a light emitting layer having a first end surface, a second end surface opposite to the first end surface, and a lateral surface between the first end surface and the second end surface; a P-type semiconductor layer on the first end surface; and an N-type semiconductor layer on the second end surface; a transparent insulating layer covering at least the lateral surface of the light emitting layer; and a reflecting layer on a side of the transparent insulating layer away from the light emitting unit, wherein the transparent insulating layer insulates the light emitting unit from the reflecting layer, and the reflecting layer covers at least the lateral surface of the light emitting layer.

Abstract: Brightness compensation method and apparatus for pixel point are provided. The compensation method includes measurement processes of N times, N≥2. Each measurement process includes: obtaining images displayed on the display screen under different gray-scale signals, and extracting brightness of pixel points in the images; calculating difference parameters between brightness of the pixel points and brightness of the reference pixel point under the different gray-scale signals; fitting the difference parameters of the pixel points with initial brightness of the pixel points under the different gray-scale signals, to obtain initial brightness-difference parameter curves of the pixel points; calculating compensation parameters of the pixel points; during an (i)th measurement process, i=2 to N, images displayed on the display screen under the different gray-scale signals are obtained by compensating the initial brightness of the pixel points under the different gray-scale signals based on the compensation parameters obtained during an (i−1)th measurement process.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a display method of a display panel. The display method may include obtaining original luminance of three single color subpixels in each of the pixel units based on an image to be displayed; obtaining luminance compensation values of the three single color subpixels that need to be color compensated at a time of obtaining the luminance of the mixed color subpixel as the first substitute luminance; calculating luminance of the mixed color produced by the three single color subpixels in the pixel unit respectively based on each of the luminance of the three single color subpixels after color compensation; and setting input luminance of the single color subpixel having the smallest luminance of the mixed color as 0, and obtaining actual luminance of the other single color subpixels and the mixed color subpixel.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method and an apparatus for controlling a drive current of a display panel, an electronic device, and a storage medium. A standard drive current of the display panel is calculated based on the power function of the display panel. An actual drive current is detected in a working process of the display panel, and it is determined whether the actual drive current exceeds the standard by comparing the actual drive current with the standard drive current. The actual drive current is regulated if the actual drive current exceeds the standard.
