The invention provides an array substrate and a driving method thereof, a display panel and a display device. The array substrate comprises a plurality of circulating units and a plurality of pixel circuits. Each circulating unit consists of four sub-pixel units located in four columns and two rows, sub-pixel units in any two adjacent columns are located in different rows and have different colors, and sub-pixel units in at least one row have different colors. Each sub-pixel unit is connected to one pixel circuit, and each sub-pixel unit comprises a first sub-pixel and a second sub-pixel located in the same column and having the same color. The pixel circuit is configured to drive the first sub-pixel when a first frame picture is displayed, and to drive the second sub-pixel when a second frame picture is displayed.

Disclosed is a touch display device including a display panel, an infrared emission array, and a plurality of infrared sensing units. The display panel includes a border area and a display area which includes a plurality of sub-pixels each including an aperture region. The infrared emission array is disposed in the border area and includes a plurality of infrared light emitters configured to emit infrared light covering the display area. Each of the plurality of infrared sensing units includes an infrared sensor disposed in the aperture region of a respective one of the plurality of sub-pixels.

Embodiments of the disclosure provide a touch sensing device, comprising a substrate and a sensor array arranged on the substrate, the sensor array comprising a plurality of sensor units. Each sensor unit comprises an infrared light emitting diode and an infrared sensing thin film transistor. The infrared light emitting diode is configured to emit infrared rays, and the infrared sensing thin film transistor is configured to detect infrared rays emitted from the infrared light emitting diode and reflected by a user, so as to generate a current signal capable of representing user body data. Embodiments of the disclosure further provide a mobile apparatus comprising the touch sensing device and a display device. The touch sensing device is arranged at a back side of the mobile apparatus, and the display device is arranged at a front side of the mobile apparatus and is configured to display the user body data.
