    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a brightness regulating method. The brightness regulating method is applied to a displaying device. The displaying device includes a backlight module. The regulating method includes: dividing a backlight source of the backlight module into a plurality of light areas; acquiring pixel quantities and pixel grayscale values of pixels within pixel areas corresponding to each of the light areas; according to the pixel quantities and the pixel grayscale values, determining brightness parameters of the light areas; and according to the brightness parameters, regulating brightnesses of the light area. Because, in the process of the brightness regulation, each of the light areas corresponds to one brightness parameter, the light areas can be individually regulated according to the severity degrees of the halo phenomenon in the different areas, whereby, while alleviating the halo phenomenon, the brightness regulation has a better pertinence and a better effect.

    Abstract: The embodiments of the present application disclose a booster circuit and a driving method thereof, a backlight module and a display device. The booster circuit includes: a booster sub-circuit and an oscillation elimination sub-circuit; wherein the booster sub-circuit includes a power supply element, an inductor, and a first switch; the booster sub-circuit is configured to provide, at a connection node, a voltage higher than a voltage provided from the power supply element; and wherein a parasitic capacitance occurs between the connection node and a ground terminal; the oscillation elimination sub-circuit is configured to prevent a current generated when the parasitic capacitance discharges from flowing through the inductor so as to eliminate an oscillation generated between the parasitic capacitance and the inductor.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a brightness regulating method. The brightness regulating method is applied to a displaying device. The displaying device includes a backlight module. Because, in the process of the brightness regulation, each of the light areas corresponds to one brightness parameter, the light areas can be individually regulated according to the severity degrees of the halo phenomenon in the different areas, whereby, while alleviating the halo phenomenon, the brightness regulation has a better pertinence and a better effect.
