    Abstract: A liquid-cooled server chassis includes: a case; one or more liquid-cooling modules, each liquid-cooling module including a housing, a gas outlet valve, and a liquid return valve, wherein the gas outlet valve and the liquid return valve are opened during operation of the liquid-cooling module, and the liquid-cooling module accommodates a single server and is filled with coolant during operation; a connector configured to connect the liquid-cooling module to a power source; and a circulation portion including an gas outlet pipe, a liquid return pipe, a vapor processing part, and a liquid collecting part.

    Abstract: A cooling system for a data center includes: at least one liquid-cooling heat exchanger disposed above each of the integrated circuit boards to dissipate heat from a first heat source disposed on the integrated circuit board through an internal circulation coolant in the liquid-cooling heat exchanger; a liquid-cooling distributing device comprising a first pipeline in communication with the liquid-cooling heat exchanger, a second pipeline in communication with a first cooling tower, and a heat exchanger configured to cool the internal circulation coolant from the liquid-cooling heat exchanger to a first temperature through an external circulation coolant from the first cooling tower; and the first cooling tower configured to cool the external circulation coolant supplied via the second pipeline to the second temperature, wherein the first temperature is higher than the second temperature. As a result, energy consumption can be reduced and chip-level cooling can be achieved.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a cooling system employable in data centers. An specific embodiment of the cooling system comprises: a first refrigeration medium, a first evaporator, a first condenser, and an all-condition cooling tower, wherein: the first evaporator is installed in a to-be-cooled space, the first evaporator is connected to the first condenser, an installation position of the first condenser is higher than an installation position of the first evaporator; the first condenser is connected to the all-condition cooling tower, and the all-condition cooling tower is disposed outside the to-be-cooled space, the all-condition cooling tower is used for providing the first condenser with a cold source for cooling the first refrigeration medium in a gaseous state. The cooling system provided by the embodiment has the advantages of simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance and low cost.

    Abstract: The machine cabinet for dissipating heat includes a housing, and an inner chamber, a liquid working medium accommodating area, a heat exchanger and a delivery passage disposed in the housing.     Abstract: A refrigeration system and refrigeration method for a data center are disclosed. The refrigeration system includes: a first heat exchanger disposed on a back plate of an indoor cabinet of the data center, and a phase-change heat-exchange cooling tower disposed outdoor of the data center. The first heat exchanger and the phase-change heat-exchange cooling tower are communicated by a secondary refrigerant delivery pipeline. The phase-change heat-exchange cooling tower transfers heat carried in the secondary refrigerant into air and condenses the secondary refrigerant to a liquid again; the secondary refrigerant employs a phase-change heat-exchange working medium. An air pump is disposed in the phase-change heat-exchange cooling tower and on a by-pass of the secondary refrigerant delivery pipeline to pressurize the secondary refrigerant in gas-state delivered in the secondary refrigerant delivery pipeline to increase the condensing pressure for condensing the secondary refrigerant to a liquid again.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for determining a water chilling unit for cooling a data center are provided. The method includes: acquiring a current water output parameter, a current water input parameter, a current water flow parameter and a current outdoor temperature parameter of each water chilling unit of the data center; pre-processing the water output parameter, the water input parameter, the water flow parameter and the outdoor temperature parameter to obtain a characteristic parameter of each water chilling unit; importing the characteristic parameters of each water chilling unit into a pre-established machine learning model to obtain the current electric power of each water chilling unit; and determining a water chilling unit for cooling the data center on the basis of a preset cooling load, a rated cooling capacity of the water chilling unit and the current electric power of each water chilling unit.
