摘要： [Problem] The present invention addresses the problem of providing a cellulose composite whereby the cellulose composite itself disperses stably even when ions are blended in a high concentration in a beverage, and also has excellent suspension stability.
[Solution] A cellulose composite comprising cellulose, an anionic polysaccharide not having a chemically crosslinked structure, and water-absorbent particles comprising a compound having a chemically crosslinked structure wherein the cellulose composite has a viscosity of 10 mPa·s or higher when 1 mass % of the cellulose composite is dispersed in an aqueous solution in which 0.45 g of sodium bicarbonate is dissolved in 100 mL of pure water.-

摘要： An embodiment of the present disclosure provides fine cellulose fibers that satisfy, in measurement using an automatic fiber shape analyzer, all of (i) the length weighted average fiber length of fibers having a fiber length of at least 100 μm is 110-500 μm, (ii) the average fiber diameter is at most 42.5 μm, (iii) the fine fiber area ratio is at most 90%, (iv) the number frequency of fibers having a fiber length of 20-56 μm is at most 97% among fibers having a fiber length of less than 100 μm, (v) the number frequency of fibers having a fiber length of at least 411 um is at most 54% among fibers having a fiber length of at least 100 μm, and (vi) the average fiber diameter is 20-150 nm in terms of specific surface area.
