Abstract: The application describes an authentication process that incorporates voice commands with an HTTP interface module to perform a multifactor authentication (MFA) process. For example, a first computer system may initiate the MFA process by sending, with a HTTP interface module maintained by the first computer system, a request to initiate the MFA process to the second computer system. The MFA process may also transmit an one-time password (OTP) to a first user device. The first computer system may receive an audible recitation of the OTP from a second user device. The OTP may be parsed and used to generate an HTTP request. The HTTP interface module may send the HTTP request to the second computer system. When the second computer system authenticates the user based at least in part on the non-audible file, the first computer system may receive confirmation of authentication of the user to initiate the transaction.

Abstract: Techniques for managing communications sessions between multiple user devices is provided. The computer system may support a capability of automatically establishing communications sessions between the user devices. For example, the computer system may receive audio data from a voice controlled device (VCD). The audio data may indicate an utterance of a user confirming that information of a payment instrument is needed for transaction. The computer system may initiate a second communications session with a second device of the user to receive the information required for the transaction. In some examples, the computer system may execute the script to synthesize text-to-speech content that requests user input for the information from the second device. Once received, the information may be stored in a user account associated with the user. The VCD may be instructed to resume communications with the user upon termination of the second communications session with the second device.

Abstract: Techniques described herein provide for real-time observation of utilization of one or more resources by a system in response to an input. The real-time observation by a system may occur in an environment in which end users supply inputs to the system (e.g., a production environment). In various embodiments, a server system may provide a service to a client system. A client system may take advantage of this service by sending an input to the server system. In response, the server system may perform the provisioned service using the input from the client system. In connection with the service, the utilization of resources (e.g., by a process) and/or the client system-supplied input may be recorded, such as when resources are utilized in an unexpected or interesting manner. These records may be used at a later time for testing and analysis.
