摘要: Described herein are systems and techniques for an event handling system capable of distinguishing between application or user-specific events and system-wide events. The described system may be further capable of suppressing event notifications associated with application or user specific events and escalating system-wide events. In some embodiments, the system may identify an origination source for a number of event trigger. The system may determine whether a number of trigger events associated with any particular origination source are over a threshold number of trigger events. Upon determining that the event is an application or user specific event, then the system may suppress a potential escalation of the event.

摘要: Systems and methods are described herein relating to ingesting data objects from various sources and associating them in a hierarchy with a profile. In some aspects, a data object, including a set of fields and indicating a data object type, may be obtained for associating with a profile maintained by a computing resource service provider. The data object may be converted into a standardized format based on the data object type indicated in the data object using an object mapping associated with the data object. A key associated with the data object and indicated in the object mapping may be selected and used to search an index for a related profile. Upon finding a profile with the matching key, the profile may be updated to include an association of the standardized data object, such as in a hierarchy.

摘要: Systems and methods are described for merging customer profiles, such as may be implemented by a computer-implemented contact center service. In some aspects, a subset of profiles may be determined that satisfy merging criteria, where individual profiles include a plurality of data fields. At least one value in a first data field that conflicts between at least two profiles may be identified. Next a merged value may be selected for the first data field based on data deduplication criteria, where the data deduplication criteria includes at least one indicator of accuracy of values of the plurality of data fields. As a result of a determination that at least the subset of profiles of the group of profiles meet the merging criteria, at least the subset of profiles may be combined into a combined profile using the merged value.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide systems and methods for storing, accessing, and/or promoting previous versions of changed or overwritten content in a cloud computing or multitenant environment. According to various embodiments, the system may list all the versions, promote a version to be the current version of the node, delete a specific version of the node, and/or rename/move all the node versions. Metadata associated with file versioning may be stored in a dynamic table with concatenated identifiers as a hash key and a content version as another hash key. Accordingly, the method may include securely storing a copy of an object handle instead of copying the entire content at a new location, which reduces storage and resource requirements, as well as improve on security and performance by efficient lookups in the table for read, writes, updates, and deletes for the given node version.
