摘要: Systems and methods provide for an automated system for analyzing damage and processing claims associated with an insured item, such as a vehicle. An enhanced claims processing server may analyze damage associated with the insured item using photos/video transmitted to the server from a user device (e.g., a mobile device). The mobile device may receive feedback from the server regarding the acceptability of submitted photos/video, and if the server determines that any of the submitted photos/video is unacceptable, the mobile device may capture audio descriptions regarding the insured item. To aid in damage analysis, the server may also interface with various internal and external databases storing reference images of undamaged items and cost estimate information for repairing previously analyzed damages to similar items.

Further still, the server may generate a payment for compensating a claimant for repair of the insured item.

摘要: One or more driving analysis computing devices in a driving analysis system may be configured to collect vehicle driving data and infrastructure data in response to a collision. Vehicle driving data may be received from a first vehicle involved in the collision and a second vehicle involved in the collision. Vehicle driving data may be received for vehicles within a defined radius of the first vehicle and/or the second vehicle. Infrastructure data from infrastructure elements within a defined vicinity of the first vehicle and/or the second vehicle may be received. The received data may be used to initiate an insurance claim, assess fault for the collision, and detect fraudulent claims.

摘要: A computer-assisted method for determining, such as by a computing device, a success rate for a presentation page included in a plurality of insurance presentations is described herein. Based on the success rate for the presentation page, a display of a recommendation for an insurance agent to include the presentation page in an insurance presentation for a customer may be generated. The insurance agent may select an option to include the presentation in the insurance presentation, and the selection may be received at a computing device. The insurance presentation may then be generated to include the presentation page.

摘要: Systems and methods may provide for generating, maintaining, and using an inventory for insurance purposes. An optimized inventory analysis server may generate and maintain user profile information for determining a demographic classification of each user associated with an inventory. A demographic classification for a given user may be used along with data related to items owned by other users to determine one or more items for recommendation to the given user. Details associated with existing insurance coverage levels may also be used to recommend new insurance products to the user. In addition, the optimized inventory analysis server may determine a depreciated value of each item within an inventory. These values may be used to assess loss and settle an insurance claim for damage to one or more of the items in the inventory.

摘要: Aspects of the disclosure provide a computer-implemented method and system for the assignment of roadside assistance service providers such as tow trucks to distressed vehicles/drivers requiring roadside assistance. The methods and systems may include a roadside assistance service provider system with a collection module, an assignment module, and a feedback module. The collection module collects roadside assistance service provider information and historical statistics from real-world information and stores the information in a database that may then be analyzed using particular rules and formulas. The assignment module assigns particular roadside assistance service providers to particular distressed vehicles/drivers based on one or more characteristics. The feedback module may provide near real-time cues to the tow truck driver's mobile device, such as alerting when the amount of time spent on a task exceeds a predefined threshold, flagging high priority tasks/assignments, providing a step-by-step checklist for the repair.

摘要: A communication module may receive communications from a vehicle. A collision detection module may determine that a collision has occurred at a vehicle based on one or more of the communications received from a vehicle. A participant identification module may identify one or more participants involved in the collision based on one or more communications received from the vehicle. A fault determination module may identify one of the participants as the at-fault participant based on a comparison of a fault determination ruleset to vehicle telematics data included in one or more of the communications received from the vehicle. A claims processing module may determine whether to file an insurance claim associated with one of the participants based on the estimated repair cost.

摘要: Methods and apparatus provide for an automated system for analyzing damage to insured property. A server may receive images of a scene (e.g., a room, house, apartment, etc.) from a user at a mobile device. The server may analyze the images to create a holistic view of the scene. The server and/or mobile device may be able to generate dimensions of the scene and compare those dimensions to the dimensions of a damaged property at the scene to determine the extent of damage to the property. The server may also be able to detect gaps between images as it creates the holistic view of the scene.
